I would give this place a zero if it was allowed.. what a joke this place is! My husband didn’t read the reviews before he purchased parts for our UTV.. he had to send the parts back as they were the wrong parts and it’s been over a month and the female that answers the calls told him “they had to be inspected for use” they were in original wrapping and box and the bulk of the order was decals all they have to do is look and see they haven’t been rubbed off… he has called 3 times and she was extremely snippy and rude. It has been two months since we returned the parts and no refund. I would love just to ignore this but it’s $230.00. Who runs a business like this? I went online and started reading the reviews.. it’s NO WONDER they changed their name to Adept from the old name as they probably filed bankruptcy and started scamming customers all over again!!!

I placed an order for a painted front fender for my 2006 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 LT Classic. I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The fender arrived and was painted and decaled to match my bike perfectly. Fit was perfect as well. Did cost a bit of money, but I was happy to get this brand new OEM part.

Missing parts! The black rubber around the gear oil cap was not delivered with the piece!

Almost all of the other reviews on here seem to be the same disgruntled customer. Just wanted to point that out. I don’t think it’s fair to judge a company’s trustworthiness based off of one guy leaving 8 reviews.

Crappiest customer service ever and I mean ever. First I couldn't get there direct number, then when I got it , nothing but constant voicemail and no return calls. Checked my order online and it said " ready to ship". It said that for like 2 weeks. One of my items was on back order, but when I purchased it online, it said it was in Stock. I emailed them telling them to send me all the other parts immediately because I needed them. They emailed me back wanting to charge me $8.50 to ship each part and I had like 15 parts I ordered and then called me an a-hole. Dude is really lucky he wasn't in front of me or his teeth would be missing.

They advertised the parts were in stock but when I ordered they said they were backlogged for indefinite period of time when I asked to cancel the next day miraculously had a part available and was ready to ship and therefore charge me a 20% restocking fee. Avoid at all cost

Placed an order for a part that was supposedly in stock and would ship in 2-3 days. 6 days later the item still hadn't shipped. I emailed customer service and asked if the item was in stock, but didn't receive a response for 3 days. I emailed them again and they finally replied "we can cancel the order if you like." That's it, no explanation for the delay, no apology, and no answer to my original question. I emailed them back and asked if the item was actually available since they never bothered to answer me. I also told them if it wasn't in stock they could cancel my order, but I would like to speak to a supervisor about my experience. They responded "no one is going to call you, we could care less if you cancel your order." I've never had a customer service person speak so rudely to me. This is the least professional online business I've ever dealt with. The employee who emailed me is a terrible representation of their company, and should be fired immediately. I will never purchase from them again. It's no wonder they changed their name recently. I'm sure they had a bunch of negative reviews under that name as well.

I ordered a part for my Suzuki Burgman 650. I created an account and ordered the part. The next morning I get a message that my order had been cancelled because the ship to address was different than the billing address. Guess what, I live in four different places as well as travel in an RV. My billing address is part of the Good Sam and is a mail forwarding facility in which you have to provide your credentials to establish the service. I have ordered untold items from Amazon, EBay, Costco, Sams Club, Home Depot and Lowes not to mention Wayfare. Never ever had an issue with any of these. However they sent me a flippant email that living in so many places I could easily buy it wherever I was at. Think you buy online to avoid looking for stuff. I explained this and they have blocked my email as spam! Never buy anything from this company since you can see how they treat potential customers. Wish I had read other reviews before frustrating myself!

I placed two orders with Adept (Inept) Powersports that showed a 3-4 days shipping time frame. I later received an email from them that said my order would be delayed and would ship at a later time. I decided to cancel their order since it was going to be shipped at a later time. In the meantime, I found the parts I needed from another supplier that I use often and the parts able to be shipped that day. I tried to first call Adept, but I was unable to find a phone number for customer service. Next, I emailed to cancel my order and explain why, and I received a comment from their customer service stating that I would be charged a 20 % restocking fee on special ordered items and a not so welcoming response. Also, these parts were not special order parts.
I explained also that my supplier had already shipped my order and was on its way to me. I received yet another awful email from customer service saying that I also probably was not getting my order expedited shipped from my other supplier also. Then they asked who I was using. I sent them a copy of my order from my other supplier. I also emailed them back to tell them that I was dissasisfied with their service and that businesses just dont seem to last long with bad
customer service. I then received a response back telling not to worry about their business but to worry about mine, and that they were glad to get rid of customers like myself and also that they were blocking me as spam. Well here's my can of " Spam" Folks.... dont waste your time and money with these people. All they're doing is ripping people off by charging a restocking fee on something they dont have.

Ordered part listed as in stock. Shortly after order item was placed on "backorder". Even though every other site online lists the item as (Discontinued by the manufacturer). After 4 months of it being on "backorder" I emailed them to get status update. They canceled my oder and replied with very unprofessional responses. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. will never shop with them again.

Dont even ask a question, you'll be chewed out for it and talked down to like a child.

If they react so poorly to me double checking inventory, imagine how horrible they'd be if I placed an order and something went wrong!
So sorry for anyone who orders from here. I should have checked around first, I see I'm not the only one who's been slighted by these jerks.

What a horrible experience.. pay more and go elsewhere I promise you you will not be let down this place will scam you with their customer service is horrible they will treat you like they are a 14 year old with no manners.. you lie on their website about products being in stock and the products are indeed never even ordered over a week later and you're still waiting even though the product says it will ship in two to three days. I sent emails for days asking for a refund.. after several days of no response I finally got a response telling me there was a 20% restock fee I can understand a 20% restock fee if I got it in my possession and sent it back to you but that never happened....

Asked about a part that was available on there website.. emailed them to ask how many in stock and they said it had been discontinued so i replied with a screen shot showing its available and this was there response (Do you think if you send a screenshot, it will magically make the item available? Honda p/n 17500-GBF-750ZA is discontinued and no longer available. If that's not clear, we are not sure how else to say it, but please stop wasting time emailing us). I have spent thousands of $ with them over the past 3 years and i will never order from them again.

If you are reading this you saw an item with a lower price on adept website. Please don't let the low price fool you. I asked to return a product because it didn't fit. When the customer service agent got an attitude with me i asked over email for the GM's name and number. Their response "You are not going to be talking to any manager". I then said there was no reason to get an attitude with me and their response was "Your email address is blocked as Spam now - you have wasted enough of everyone's time at this point". It is the worst customer service i have ever seen which is what i have now read of other reviews. I only wish i would have read reviews first. Please, please, pay a little more and go somehwhere else.

Pathetic company and excuse for customer service. Read all the other reviews never use this company. Run by a child or someone with kindergartner mentality. They steal money as “restocking fees”. They cancel orders without permission. They swear at you in emails and on the phone. Terrible company. I hope they get run into the ground and go outta business.

Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.
I normall ever leave reviews but in this case I just I could not believe a company can have such bad service towards customers trying to buy from them! Unbelievable the way they treated me.

About a week after this review was posted, the guy from Adept Power Sports contacted my credit card company and reported it as a suspicious transaction causing my credit card to be blocked.
SIMPLY, THE WORSE COMPANY IVE EVER SEEN

I ordered some clutches that they said was in shock and will ship for 1-2 business days price was good so i ordered them. I called the same day to ask questions about them because they didn't have a description about the parts. I should have known then that something wasn't right with these people but she told me and i ask her how long before it shipped. She responded with 1-2 days by day 3 i called back they would answer the phone then call me back and when i answered the phone she hung up. I called back and then she answer the phone like i did something wrong for calling she was rude nasty talking to me like i didn't spend money with them. I have never expected a company to talk to me like this then she hung the phone up in my face. I called back and ask for my money back then she told me wait on it. Hello if your not sending my parts why hold my money and then want take some of it because you treated me like trash. I will never recommend no one to deal with this company they are thefts.

I asked if they had overnight shipping by email... Their response...There is no need to "know the procedures". If we wanted to offer overnight shipping, it would be an option during checkout - and clearly as you know it wasn't. Did you think there was a "secret" option you can get by asking in an email? Because what? we are too stupid to put that option on the website (if we wanted to offer it)?

No, we did not "make an ass" - we got rid of an idiot customer, and clearly we were 100% right just by looking at your idiotic reply. Believe it or not, we can smell idio ts a mile away, due to experience, and we stay away from customers like you like the plague. Obviously there was no overnight option, obviously our website clearly showed the availability and yet, you thought you were so clever you were going to email us and get the parts next day. Clearly not a customer we want. We aren't desperate for customers, we can assure you.

Your email address is blocked as Spam, so don't bother replying, no one will see it. Enough wasting everyone's time.

I ordered a bunch of parts for my jetski Then got notified that several items were on back order so then I told them just to cancel the whole order and they told me I was stuck with paying a restocking fee. This company got me for 80 some dollars do not do business with these people they will take your money and you will be screwed
