Charged me subscription of 14.99 3 times even tho i never signed up

I paid £1 and they have taken £15 and signed me up to a subscription. Avoid. The results weren't even very good

As with other users, rubbish generic reports and they are now helping themselves to a regular subscription that I didn’t sign up to and is very difficult to cancel…AVOID!

TOTAL SCAM. £1 to receive test results (which in itself are poor infographic icons with no relevance), then two days later £14.99 taken from my account for a subscription I never agreed to or knew about.

Bank have blocked the company from further withdrawals, fraud team informed and a complaint letter sent to the company.

Avoid at all costs. only given 1 star as it doesn't allow a zero star rating

Utterly shocked and ashamed to find in December that they've taken nearly £20 a month since August from a credit card I regarded as so secure that I didn't have to check it.

Report very generic and not helpful. This is essentially a SCAM to get your payment details. I didn't sign up for any sort of membership or recurring payment but they have tried to take more from my account. Only the first £1 was agreed to. Sent an email stating the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as this practice breaches this. Future payments must be clear and not misleading. No where on the website did it refer to any future commitments.

Contacted my bank to get a charge back and a block on any further attempts.

I have been refused a refund after I was unknowingly signed up for a monthly subscription that I had no direct notification of prior to taking one test.

They sent me back an email refusing a refund stating that the subscription was clearly outlined however this was absolutely not the case. I ad missed an apparent 48 hour refund windows which again, was never outlined at all on the website

Please do not pay the $1 fee as it is actually a $30 fee disguised and will continue to be charged unless you somehow realize by an off chance like me that you have been signed up per month.

Extremely unfair and super scammy... don't waste your time

If i could give a negative response I would! SCAMMMMM!!!!!! Don't even get near this website! They charge you $19.95 a month without informing you or getting consent! You think you're signing up for a small fee for a test and within 48 hours they are charging you monthly! It's horrible! I'm a single mom ripped off $40 right around Christmas. It's the way they steal it from you that kills me! Report this company SCAM!!!!

Scam! I paid £1 for the test but didn't sign up to a subscription and they've stolen £14.99 from my card. I had to phone my bank to report them, and put a stop to any further payments. AVOID.

Asked for a payment of £1 to access my "free" results then two days later charged another £14.99 with no warning. This was not mentioned at all on the Web page and I did not agree to it. This company is fraudulent.

I would give it a zero if I could, total scam.

Says free, clearly not free. Happy to pay for something but be up front instead of blatantly lying,

I requested a chargeback to my CC company and got it.

Immediately signs you up for the monthly subscription when you purchase the $1 test

If you were scammed like me into paying the 30 AUD fee after 48hrs don’t let them take your money. I contacted them immediately and stated my rights. It’s vital in your email to state that upon checkout there is no mention of subsequent fees like a subscription fee (when it’s legally required to mention subsequent fees at checkout) therefore you haven’t given informed consent for the subscription. This violates your rights as a consumer and demand a refund. I did this and I got a refund quickly and they removed me from future payments. I also informed my bank and got my card changed for security as clearly this is not a trustworthy company.

I would give them a zero if I could. Please do not sign up with this company.

This is disgusting . When me and my wife did this it only showed a£1 payment for results . Nowhere did it state the figure that NOW shows on there page of $24 a month . They have taken two payments of £14.99 from our account that we cannot afford and refuse to refund . I want to take this further .
