I have drafted a refund demand request letter for anyone who want to take this to them. If i do not receive a response i will file a complaint with the government body.

This email serves as a formal notice of my immediate cancellation of an undisclosed subscription service and a non-negotiable demand for a full refund of £19.95 (or the exact currency equivalent taken).

Following this one-time purchase, my account was enrolled into a recurring subscription service without my explicit knowledge, prior consent, or disclosure of the continuing payment obligation.

This practice constitutes a clear breach of fundamental European Union consumer protection legislation, which is fully implemented in Estonian law:

Legal Grounds for Cancellation and Refund
* Failure to Disclose the Total Price and Contract Duration (Misleading Omission):
* At the point of sale, your payment page (accessed after completing the test) DID NOT clearly and prominently disclose that I was agreeing to an ongoing, recurring subscription service.
* The subsequent payment confirmation email sent to me DID NOT disclose the existence of a subscription and DOES NOT contain the full payment schedule or the recurring charge amount.
* This lack of disclosure violates Article 6(1)(e) (Total Price) and Article 6(1)(h) (Duration and Termination Conditions) of the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD 2011/83/EU).
* Concealing the subscription nature and total cost is a misleading omission of material information under Article 7 of the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (UCPD 2005/29/EC), preventing me from making an informed decision.
* Extended Right of Withdrawal:
* Since I was not clearly informed of my legal 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) at the time of purchase, this period is legally extended by 12 months, meaning I am exercising my right to cancel the contract now.
Demand for Action
I hereby demand that you:
* Immediately and permanently cancel the purported subscription associated with Receipt No: pi_3SE81HFskZbILFoI0u5sIMjc.
* Issue a FULL REFUND of £19.95 (or the exact currency equivalent charged) back to my original payment method.

I expect confirmation of the cancellation and documented proof of the refund initiation within 14 calendar days of the date of this email.

Be advised that failure to resolve this will result in an immediate formal complaint being filed with the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA) and the European Consumer Centre Network (ECC-Net), citing your non-compliance with EU Directives.

Scam, $1 charge for 'results' then they sign you up for a $29.95 subscription with no way to cancel. Avoid!!

Thiefs! Tell you it’s £1 to get result and sign you up unknowingly to a £19.95 subscription 2 days later. Can’t get in touch now having to dispute with my bank. Which I probably won’t receive the funds back since I was stupid enough to put my bank details in their system in the first place. AVOID

Went through their "free" test, get to the end and they want £1. I wasn't willing to do this, as a £1 isn't free, and there's always some other scam.

Absolute scam. Found through Google to do an online ADHD test. Have to pay £1 to get results. I look at small print. Didn't really want to but thought I've spent a while answering questions so whatever. Get results. Incredibly vague and not useful. No information of what to do with results. The infographics are poor and some are not even labelled. I chalked it up to 'oh well I've wasted a pound'. Two days later nearly £20 comes out as part of a subscription. I never agreed to a subscription it is not made clear as I read stuff like this. Complained and wanted refund. Told the usual you agreed blah blah.

On further investigation I don't even know what the subscription is for, you don't log into the website, the only thing you can do is retake the test no other information or resources. The company is based in another country. No information regarding qualifications or research based evidence. What is the £20 for?! There is no service to subscribe to!

Upon even further investigation when you apply to cancel the subscription it says they can take 24 hours to reply as it's not easy, you have to send a message so if you left it one day you would be over the 48 hours that were not stated anywhere when paying for initial adhd test! If you arr subscribing for a service you should at least have a login and a service delivered! Absolute joke, do not pay the pound! Waste of time and money, do an actual free one instead! They also do not email a confirmation of a subscription to further hide the lies!

I never write reviews like this but avoid at all costs! I will be claiming through my bank for theft!!

Edit: I did receive a refund after complaining and saying I was going to write on here so persist people!

Same as everyone else, they tried to take £20 out of my account, after I had paid £1 for test results. Luckily, my bank blocked it and cancelled my card, which is a pain, because now I have to update all my payments. But I'm so glad they did that.

Awful, paid £1 for a test result and it signed me up to a £20 subscription which they won’t refund, so sly, I can’t stand companies that do sneaky things like this!

Subscription trap scam.

Scam! Paid £1 for an online test only for them to start taking money out of my account without permission. AVOID

Absolute scam!!
Got test for my daughter after paying £1.99.
Took test again and pressed the bottom answer on every question.
Came up with the exactly the same score as my daughters test!!
Now I've been charged £19.95 as a monthly subscription which was never advertised on their site.

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! They asked for $1 for test results. They charged me $1, but then there was a seperate charge for $30 that they never mentioned. Just a crooked company. Results weren't worth $1 nevermind $31!

Beware this is a scam . You are charged a £1 then card will be charged every month for 13 months at 19.95 per month. Avoid

BEWARE - they will charge you for a subscription after 48 hours. They make it very inconspicuous that the subscription will be charged.

To cancel you have to fill a form, no account seems to be actually created and not easy to cancel.

I was also not impressed by the test or the insights from the results.

BEWARE – I recently completed an online questionnaire where I was told there would be a one-off charge of £1, which I accepted. What was not made clear at the time is that this also set up a recurring monthly payment of £19.95, starting just two days later and continuing each month until cancelled.

Although this information was technically on their website, it was not made obvious during the questionnaire process and is very misleading. If someone didn’t spot the payment on their account, they could easily end up paying month after month without realising.

In my case, I challenged the charge by email, stated my rights, and the money was promptly refunded. However, I feel this practice is deceptive and could catch many people out.
