A great experience. I was updated through the the whole process. I purchased the bed 4 months in advance. They called to make sure all was ok.
When I was ready I received the bed when they said. My Sister received it for me and was happy with the level of service by the delivery guys. Thank you.
I've not slept on it yet. Will let you know.

The rep was very efficient at his job,picking the chairs and bed we required was easy and straightforward,delivery was as stated and on time,overall we are quite satisfied with our purchase.

Very good service. On time and workmen were very careful and considerate. Also old bed was taken the next day as promised.

The way we were demonstrated the bed .also the install .The two gentlemen were very friendly and also cleaned up after themselves.

As I have grown older my requirments from a good sleep have become more demanding. Firstly I need to relax but when my legs are aching this is difficult until they are slightly elevated then massaged with a programme that varies from night to night.
A really great product worth every penny.

Overall a very good experience, Mark came and gave me detailed overview with regards to what I needed, no pressure to buy and left me with the information so I could discuss with my daughter, left me his phone number and was happy to speak with my daughter if needed. I was happy to go ahead and was given a time of six weeks for delivery. Unfortunately a few days before my delivery I was admitted to hospital. Mark went above and beyond to make sure that the delivery would take place a couple of hours later to allow my daughter time to get to my house to accept delivery.

Very satisfied with the chair but on hindsight, would have shopped around as I think the price was too much. My advice to anyone contemplating purchasing, have a good look around for alternatives.

I was promised a call still waiting. I have a fault in my seat I wanted a manager to call me back!!! still waiting am now going to citizens advice. I am disgusted I want my money back its a lots of money to pay out I wonder if I’m the only one.

I liked the design of the bed and the price was within my price range. I know new beds take a little used to, and I do find I can adjust my position to suit my breathing issues and to alleviate back pain.

The salesman was very knowledgable about my husband's disability and the correct chair that we required. However he did not do a hard sell on your products.

In October 2020 I ordered 2 Classic Adjustamatic single beds with Sleep ID mattresses together with 2 Stirling chairs and a matching sofa. These were purchased mainly for my husbands benefit as he had Parkinson’s and dementia. 6 months after receiving these items my husband had to go into full time care and he passed away 18 months later. The issue I have is that the ID mattresses were not fit for purpose. The pressure in them was were meant to be adjustable to suit the individual's requirements but they do not work and deflated very regularly even on the bed that was being used. I have over the last few years developed osteoporosis and sciatica and my condition has worsened considerably due to the malfunction of the mattress I have been forced to use. I contacted the service team and management about this issue and, although I know that the company have stopped supplying these mattresses because of the fault in them, all they offered me was a 20% reduction in the price of a new mattress owing to the fact that they were now outside of the warranty -even though I bed hadn’t been used! I had to accept this and have now received one new mattress and can tell within a few nights of sleeping on it that my back pain is very much improved. I can’t say I am impressed at all with the attitude taken by this company in respect of this matter and would not use them again.
