This is something that I needed to do for awhile. And Ryan actually made me feel comfortable to actually make the move. He also has answered all my questions and even called me to see if I had any more questions and if I was ok. Thank you!!

Kayla was great to work with!!! She explained everything thoroughly. She knew I had another person I wanted to talk to and allowed me time to do that and share documents with him. She called again today to see if I had any questions so far so has been great with follow-up and has told me I can reach out to her anytime I need to.

Kayla Campbell was polite and educated in the knowledge of the loans and the rates that best fit the needs of the customer. I was sold on the loan and filled out an application but later declined for my own reasons. But if I consider a loan in the future with advantage 1st financial I would consider having her to assist me in doing so.

The way how the advisor explains things clearly, his patience with me making sure i understands. Didn't get what I wanted a personal loan but he got some else which will help me a great deal.

This company does their OWN blind calling to solicite business. Scott Moses was the person I was transferred to from the initial caller. He seems to have to have zero knowledge why his company is spoofing numbers when asked about it I was hung up on. Thanks Scott, you were awesome!

The spoofed number that called me was 772-610-8029. A company that calls from an unsused number doesn't scream scam at all.... I was called by a manager, and l was told that being on the DNC list it is up to the person being called to decline the call. I never asked you to call my personal number.
