Ultrasound guided injections are more effective than unguided injections. We offer steroid injections, hyaluronic acid (Durolane), barbotage, hydrodilatation for stiff shoulders and more. We set up this business as we recognise that many people are keen to access these services but find waiting times for NHS treatments frustrating. We offer all these services regularly in the NHS and are now pleased to offer them at affordable prices in the private sector. Friendly and knowledgeable
Peter was thorough with my diagnosis of a frozen shoulder, and was explained to me all 3 routes to go down so decided on the hydrodilatation. I was struggling which way to go with it after having it for 4 months of using a chiropractor.Hopefully time will tell.

An Excellent Experience
We had a very helpful discussion following a thorough examination, and I was able to decide on what treatment option to take, without feeling under any pressure. I'm not great with needles and this slight issue was handled very sympathetically. I'm very glad we went ahead with the treatment. I used Advanced Physio Solutions once before, about four years ago for a different problem, and on that occasion the experience was also excellent

Experience, knowledgeable and effecient
I self referred myself on the basis of a strong recommendation from a neighbour. I was.not disappointed by the skill, knowledge and obvious experience of Andrew. He achieved all that I wanted which was a diagnosis and subsequent treatment plan. It was a relief to know what was wrong. Furthermore I was seen within 24 hours which was a blessing. I thoroughly recommend this small company.

Fast and friendly and excellent value
Peter is a friendly and very knowledgeable practitioner. Explained the process beforehand and on the day, provided information throughout the ultrasound and injection, including aftercare. Great value.

Would recommend
Fitted me in short notice which was great as my knee was very uncomfortable and I was unable to walk. I was quite nervous as my last knee aspiration and steroid elsewhere was a bit painful but this was mostly painless. Would definitely recommend.

Very good and positive experience
I was given an appointment very quickly and had a very positive experience with Peter Monk. After the ultrasound scan Peter explained very clearly the problem which made walking painful. No need for steroid injection but exercise was advised. I left feeling already much better knowing there was nothing too serious and no need for hip operation, which I was worried about. I recommend Advanced Physio Solutions and I wish I had contacted them earlier.

Excellent service
I made an appointment and was fitted in at quite short notice.
Peter diagnosed the issue with ultra sound and injected the problem area and it is already feeling a lot better just days after.

Instant relief
I recently underwent a barbotage procedure for calcific tendinitis in my shoulder, and I am beyond impressed with the results! Peter explained everything thoroughly beforehand and I felt reassured throughout. The relief has been incredible. I would recommend this treatment to anyone suffering the same issue.

I called up for a private consultation…
I called up for a private consultation and intervention/injection, due to prolonged wait on NHS.
They were extremely understanding, thorough and kind from the start which was reassuring.
They intervened rapidly, and gave me the injection which has made a significant difference (greatly improving the pain, as well as helping with the Range of Movement in my shoulder), with very good follow-up advice.
I cannot thank them (in particular Peter Monk) enough for the input.

This was my first time in meeting Peter…
This was my first time in meeting Peter Monk for a foot problem (plantar fasciitis) Pete was thorough in his examination and explained my options after a consultation and a ultrasound scan to confirm diagnosis, I then discussed to go a head with the steroid injection to my foot , Peter also explained stretches to help heal my ongoing problem , Pete made me feel at ease and I would highly recommend him

Excellent communication from Peter
Excellent communication from Peter. The ultrasound was reassuring in that we could get to the actual cause of the pain and the damage to my shoulder.
