Ultrasound guided injections are more effective than unguided injections. We offer steroid injections, hyaluronic acid (Durolane), barbotage, hydrodilatation for stiff shoulders and more. We set up this business as we recognise that many people are keen to access these services but find waiting times for NHS treatments frustrating. Had a scan and was advised to have a blood test to confirm if it was poly myalgia. Had the test and it wasn’t ? Still awaiting appt at dr now.
I thought £350 was a little steep too

Our prices remain very competitive and are significantly less than the local private hospitals. £340 to exam two different areas with ultrasound we feel is very good value.

Peter Monk was extermely thorough, professional and spent the right amount of time confirming diagnosis. I felt he had my best interests at heart. I can confirm that one week later my shoulder is pain free and gaining more and more movement each day. After months of pain this is a relief.

Excellent Service from Advanced Physio Solutions in Chichester
I was able to have an appointment within a few days of initial contact and was seen by Peter, a very personable and professional physiotherapist who carried out a thorough examination. He was extremely clear in his description of the issues involved and ensured I uderstood the situation well and the possible courses of treatment.
The treatment room was perfectly clean and bright and there was parking available on site or very nearby. I have no hesitation in recommending Advanced Pgysio Solutions

Very professional
I saw Peter, he was brilliant; a whole body assessment, he identified the problem and gave good advise, he didn’t think an ultrasound would benefit, so he didn’t do one.
He also advised how I should be taking my medication, it was clear and easy to understand. Would thoroughly recommend.
