I signed up. Never attended any courses and not logged in. Was receiving emails and nothing about recurring payments. They claim to send emails about payments and yet nothing was received. I can see that’s the case for many people.

Sadly their responses display that it’s a deliberate act to cash in. Company lacks integrity.

This outfit is an AI version of thieves.
Refund requests ignored. They promised to honor refund requests.
The program is AI, but gobbly gook for most individuals. AI for individuals must advance quite a bit to be practical.

I paid $1 to be part of an audience on an online seminar then on checking my account they have been quietly taking £20-30 out of my account without my knowledge..... and I cant find a way or point of contact to make it stop

No ability to cancel membership exposed on web interface, no billing records, just quietly billing your VISA. How is this associated with such a big profile?

Hi, I did pay 1 Dollar to be a part of audience during online show....after 6months I was charged 37dollars from my card...Shocking I realised that I have been moved to some program for free and because I accepted to see what is going on....without authorised the payment they just took my money. Total scam

I signed up for a $1 VIP offer and later discovered a recurring $37 subscription charge that I did not knowingly intend to authorize. In my opinion, the recurring billing disclosure was not sufficiently clear. Be sure to carefully review the checkout terms before entering payment information.

I let them know they are charging me for services I did not sign up for and they insist that I did. Clearly the business model is fraud.

I was given a sales pitch on this program - that they were one-time fees associated with the program - then I start getting repeat charges on my Amex. This is scam income - not honest business practice. Not only that - but theservices are so full of fluff and upselling it wastes an ungodly amount of time to view content. The courses could be presented in 25% of the time.

Paid $1 for a webinar replay during the AI Advantage Summit and was later charged $37/month for a subscription I did not knowingly sign up for. The recurring charge was not clearly disclosed, and no obvious renewal notices were received.

My refund was initially refused and I was offered “free extra months” instead. Only after escalating and raising concerns about unauthorized recurring charges did they agree to refund.

Very disappointing billing practices. Check the small print carefully.

READ FINE PRINT: Thought I was signing up for a free seminar and opted to donate $1 to feed America. Turns out that $1 is signing up for a $37 membership. I realized after receiving two months of charges. Would not fully refund me since I had checked a box. Did not use any of this product or even attend seminar but they were able to get money out out of me.

They have charged me for 2 months after i requested it be canceled for a program I didn't even know i had signed up for. Very sneaky of them! Watch this company they are SCAMMERS BIG TIME

Extremely informative couple of hours spent giving us an overview with excellent demonstrations of how we can use AI now in support of our businesses. I saw AI as 'scary' Simon helped me realise it is a tremendous opportunity. This was very informative overview workshop and helped us understand the potential- but things are moving very fast and it will be very easy to get left behind- most of us are already!!! Highly recommend this- it is a good couple of hours out of your day- prepare to have your mind blown!!

This was a really informative couple of hours and an eyeopener of how fast technology is moving. As Simon said, we will be left behind fast if we don't embrace AI now and incorporate its benefits into our working practices. It seems that there are many time saving opportunities as well as some complex projects made much more simple by using the fast evolving tools available. I attended an A.I. introductory meeting last week with Simon. In an hour & 45 minutes, I was made aware of just how easy introducing AI into my business can be. The short taster session that we had with Simon was very interesting; AI is a term that you hear so much these days, but I had no previous understanding of it, or just how useful and applicable it could be to our business. Everything that Simon showed us was really eye-opening in terms or immediate and future application of AI as a tool, and I'm really looking forward to learning more!

The visit from Simon last week was a brief insight into how AI can be used in our business, it was far more informative than I expected.
