I highly recommend AdvantIDge. They have consistently provided extraordinary exceptional service for many years now. They are very responsive, helpful, and efficient.

AdvantiDge ID does not have a working web site taking orders. It took 5 phone calls and 3 weeks to get a simple printer ribbon. Then they offered the $25 gift card for taking the time to provide the feedback and this one did not materialized. This is not a company you want to do business today when everything is done on-line and delivered in few days.

Like my title says, these folks are very responsive! Whenever I call, I get quick and detailed responses and when I have questions, their tech staff is able to help me out! I have had a minor issue with them in the past but that was easy to fix due to them keeping accurate records of our interactions. I'd highly recommend doing business with them! two thumbs up, 5 stars, 10/10!

I like to order from Advantage. They are prompt and get our stuff right out. Their Tech Support has much to be desired. I've had problems and after I respond it takes way to long to get things fixed. 2 months ago we had a print head go out. In order to get a free replacement, I had to show an email that Advantage Teck Support wouldn't call us back for days and days. Our Waranty was voided because of the lack of service. I sent them a copy of that email and still 2 months later have not heard back about this issue. Not great Teck Support...

I've had the pleasure of working with Angie at AdvantIDge for years ahd I've always appreciated her expedient and attentive service! Their prices are fair and their products are top quality.

During all the years that 'Mycard' has been doing business with AdvantIDge and particularly Henry Hsu, we have always had positive results with placing orders, receiving confirmations of orders placed, usually same day out going delivery, always the correct items as ordered and never a problem with returns and replacements (although this is a seldom event).
