Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we're sorry to hear you're disappointed.
We’d like to clarify a few points for you and for others reading this:
No Mark-Up: We do not add any markup to prices on adventuro. The price you paid for the guided Group Giant Paddle Boarding session was exactly the same as booking it directly with the provider. There is no £120 difference in price. What you are referring to is if you booked a different bundle of activities.
Product Confusion: It appears there was some confusion between two very different activities. You booked a guided group session designed for large stag or hen groups, which includes games, instruction, and support from qualified staff. The alternative you’ve referenced in your review — a simple, unguided hire — is a smaller, self-directed rental for up to 6 people, at a different location and run by a different provider. It’s not the same product.
Transparency: The activity listing clearly stated it was a guided group session. This was shown before booking, at checkout, and in your confirmation. We also offered a goodwill refund of £20, in addition to a £20 discount applied at the time of booking, even though no error occurred on our part.
We do our best to make every listing as clear as possible, and we're always here to answer questions before booking. While we regret that this wasn’t the right activity for your group, we stand by the transparency and fairness of the service we provided.

Great team experience hiring ebikes in the new forest
Great experience hiring ebikes in the forest as part of a 9 person team retreat. The bikes were good quality and decent helmets offered. We were given instructions on routes to follow. There was a mix up on arrival and we were asked for payment (had prepaid) and then normal bikes had been prepared (had booked ebikes) but staff sorted it out very quickly and we were soon off into the countryside!

Isaac was excellent
Isaac was excellent, it was a brilliant fun packed and exciting day. We all had a fantastic experience which stretched all of our limits despite ranging ages and abilities, Issac geared our experience really well and had an excellent working knowledge of the area and safety needs. Will def be back next year for round 2.
