Product is good for price. Instructions could’ve been better but used to that from company I work for. Separated all the parts. Delivery from FedEx was terrible. Looked like they backed up the truck and jammed the brakes. Fortunately nothing broke or missing

The service was excellent.
The materials were not a solid wood ,without pre- drilling holes ,wood splits easily. The protection on the wood was quality.
The instructions for installation was not well defined, critical exploded views for corners for base panels example F6 and f7 were inch and a half short .
No sticker designation on many prefabed parts and alot of sorting to find what material was suppose to be in boxes not labeled A,B or C.I have experience in prefab furniture

Boxes were beat up, no instructions, no hardware (nuts, bolts, screws are all missing). Roof material is bent and banged up. They said the would get back to me within 48 hrs but all I got was a Im sorry email and a digital instruction manual which does not help when you have no parts.

We bought two chairs in June. One was good but the 2nd one was defective. After about a month and many back and forth emails and texts, they sent me a new chair. This chair has a broken button. I sent pictures, asked for a replacement button and they ghosted me! Still not happy. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They do not stand behind their products!!

Customer support was very helpful in replacing the missing instruction manual.

Installation took two of us about 5 hours. No problems to speak of. We'll see how it holds up!

We like the awning that we ordered however the instructions told you to measure one thing as the picture below however the picture below had different sizes all together. Husband left message on text number when someone called back they said they were giving us a partial refund wanted info on bank and was even face timing to help set up for the payment however once we started the process it came through as scam and they were trying to take money from our account we tried telling the person we were going to get support from bank and he was very persitent for us not to do that and kept saying not a scam.

The tracking updates were great so I would know when to receive my packages. There were two, one delivered one day and the other delivered the next. The furniture was easy to put together and had clear instructions. It looks great in the area I bought it for, is very comfortable and everyone compliments the Peacock Blue color because they've never seen it before.

Design flaw in the Pergola. The q rods are too short to connect with each other. This causes the roofing tarp to slip out of the rods and fly away.
Contacted the company with pictures, but no resolution to the issue yet. Without snuggly tight roof the purchase is useless .

Delivery is so fast. Everything has been great that we purchased. Umbrella, stand and furniture set. Very pleased!

Missing screws to start! I check all inventory there was no sticker on 80% of the pieces. It’s ok if one had it for all similar items but that didnt happen!!!! The instructions are the worst the I and 6 other people who are contractors and handyman have ever seen!!!! Also no videos on the website or internet to refer to!!! We all decided to BAN. This company and share it with the WORLD!!!!!!! Try to return this is not an option because there is no customer SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! Ordering was easy and fast, delivery was on time. But I believe that when advertising, the dimensions given should include height, was expected a bit taller unit.

Web site very easy to navigate. Product was exactly as advertised. There was a little damage to the top that was taken care of without much communication back and forth. The instructions were missing but I was still able to figure out how to put it together without much trouble.

I bought the 16 x 10 self standing shade. This worked out great so bought a smaller 8x8. I noticed that the metal roof was not available for that smaller unit. When I received it, the kit was of intact and complete but to my surprise, the polycarbonate roof panels where not fully sun blocking. If this was clear on the website, I missed it. I have both units close to each other so wanted them to look alike. This was a bit disappointing. Either way, i'm happy with these units.

Needs better packaging, website lacks information on size of wood pieces.

Overall good purchase, however almost all plastic parts came broken and one of the posts was bent. I decided to erect it anyway, as neither was critical.
But it is functional and for great price.

The product was strong and seems very durable. Looks great too. Instructions could have been a little easier to follow, but we made it through.

Great price, looks nice. instructions good but I made a couple of mistakes. I have it anchored to the house and the deck, it needs to be anchored as it will not stay up right by itself. I think it should have more support to be able to stand by itself. I wanted to move it a few inches and almost toppled over. 2 people needed. I did by myself.
