I ordered replacement cushions for my furniture that I purchased from AECOJOY last year. I sectional I purchase on your website and purchased a darker color cushions thinking the size of the sectional would be the same, no it is 6 inches smaller. They don't fit, I sent a picture to your customer service and they said I should have checked the size. Now, I have to send back and pay a huge shipping amount to get 80% of my refund. Not happy with this. Please, this is not fair!

Wood had large cracks and filled with putty, the steel roofing was gray instead of brown, screws were too long had to replace with appropriate length and stain was applied with run marks on several wood pieces.

I built off a level concrete patio.
The build instructions could be a little more precise, I had to relocate two of the furring strips because the measurement given in the instructions was incorrect.
I had to trim some of the diagonal braces to fit, they were impacting proper placement of the furring strips to screw in the metal roof. The screws to mount the roof panels were too long and protruded through the furring strips into the area below, I ended up purchasing shorter 3/4" screws that would not penetrate. I'm happy with the outcome the price was right and the pergola looks great.

Easy purchase, great kit.
Easy purchase, quick delivery, no damage or missing parts. All sections fit as should and it went up easy with just one person except for needing asssistance installing the 3 roof beams. Was surprised on how smooth the doors operate, I now have to decide if I should paint the roof a lighter color for heat retention. Overall, glad we got this and will start moving stuff in shortly.

This product came with very complicated instructions that 3 people with experience assembly these products couldn’t follow. No video , no customer support . Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Fortunately With additional coverage snd I was able to get a return label and send it back via Fedex Home pick up.
