The driver turned up on time and was good. I did not like that we had to"upgrade" to a bigger vehicle and pay more because of our luggage. The number of bags was specified when I made the booking. There car sent was a normal size car that still struggled to fit our bags. I don't know why we were charged extra.

We used this service for several transfers during our trip. Each trip we had pleasant drivers with nice vehicles and we arrived safely and had on time pick ups and drop offs. Would definitely recommend booking through this company whether its a shirt drive to rhe airport or longer transfers.

The first transfer was acceptable
The first transfer was acceptable, although the car was not particularly clean.
The second transfer deserves a separate review because, if we hadn’t had a flight to catch, we would have cancelled the ride altogether.

However, the *second transfer, scheduled for **7 July, that you have mentioned us through the whatsapp chat was **not operated by our company*. It was most likely provided by another transfer company.
We kindly ask you to contact your *booking agency* regarding the second trip, as they will be able to assist you further.
If you experienced any issues with your *first transfer* provided by us, please let us know and we will be happy to assist.

Just horrendous
We booked a return journey, the outward journey was great and had no issues being picked up from the airport. The return journey was horrendous. The car that picked us ip had the strongest smell of diesel inside it. I felt sick from the smell and we had to drive the 45 mins back to the airport with all the windows open. The driver apologised saying he had split desiel on himself and did not have time to change, but this was an unacceptable experience for any customer. Would not use again.

Great transport fromLondon to Southampton for a cruise!
Great experience and wonderful, comfortable transport in Alfredo Cesar’s very nice van! The seat was better than first class seats on a plane…they reclined and included a massage option! Alfredo’s driving through the London traffic and on the freeway was very safe and we felt free to request a stop if necessary! Wonderful experience!
