Good price and service ok
Good price and service ok. Driver was 20 minutes late for pick-up but we still got to the airport in plenty of time. Journey back home seemed a bit indirect but got us home ok

The driver dropped us wrong place in the middle of a road claiming he need a detour to go to the place in the middle of rain anc chilly wind. I was holding on my 11m old baby and 6y old with all my luggage in the oxford street knowing nothing about the city

Representative of the company contacted us the day before our flight, to make sure they send a suitable car to pick us up. Natalia our driver was very professional and helpful and kept in touch with us from the moment we landed. The car was perfect. Clean and tidy and even bigger than the car we asked for. Highly recommend Aerolink Minicab Transfers. It’s very convenient to have a driver and ride waiting for you when you arrive jet-lagged after a long flight to a new airport and country. Both of my drivers from Heathrow to London and later back to Heathrow were punctual, polite and friendly, and very communicative through WhatsApp messages. Each driver confirmed the scheduled ride both the day before and also hours before. Also, both drivers were safe drivers even in heavy traffic conditions.
