I have had a case open with Aeropay support for weeks now with zero response from them about anything. Not even a “Sorry we’re still looking into it.” Just nothing. I wish I could rate this experience lower than 1 star.

Horrible company with with worse customer service. Been waiting on a payment from them for 6 weeks, they created/attributed my account to someone named Kevin and I'm not Kevin. Took a month or so to get them to understand that, a week or so to understand that I would like my account in my name, and now it's been 9 days since they agreed to do so, with no response nor change in my account. If someone tries to pay you through them, I'd ask for anything else, an IOU would probably be more value and less of a pain in the ass.

I had a more detailed review written but somehow trust pilot swapped that for the name of my company.

I used them to make a purchase and it wouldn't go through. I went ahead and paid cash for my order. An inconvenience, but not a reason to complain.
I email to fix the situation and after a few days it was fixed. A few days later, however, they put though the charge I already paid for. Upon contacted them 3 times, I never for any help. They gave me the run around.
I finally went to my bank and they realized Aeropay is a scam and refunded my money.
DO NOT USE!

Trying to fix my account but i cant because the customer service here is god awful. What bank service doesnt have a phone number ? Got me waiting weeks for a response so i can withdrawal my own money. If i could rate this 0 stars I would. This is embarrassing

Since Aeropay has become an option for payment it has made life easier with my dispensary purchases. I am disabled , and walk with a cane. Normally I would have to go to my bank before the dispensary visit, if I did not want to incur transaction expenses, from using my debit card at the dispensary. I have been using Aeropay since it became available, and I’ve been very happy with the convenience., as well as not incurring additional cost as a result of the transaction. The convenience factor is great due to my limited mobility.
