Very compact product
Very compact product. BUT be aware it is polarity dependant, nothing in the instructions said this, it's not a major problem but I would have liked to have known beforehand as it didn't work at first and took time to fathom why.

Quick & efficient, but wrong goods despatched
Service was quick and efficient, but the goods sent were not as advertised. I ordered 4 of the switched LED Labcraft lights. I was delivered 4 of the non-switchable Labcraft lights instead.
An excellent follow-up call explained their website and accompanying photos were wrong - showing the goods as a switchable unit. I appreciated the call and their assurance they will correct the website.

Antwoord van AES - Auto Electrical Supplies
Apologies for the confusion, this product is from the Apollo light range which has a number of product variants. It appears the descriptions had been mixed on our website. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we have now taken action on the listings to ensure these are now clear.
Thank you for taking the time to speak with us following our call to you, and would have been more than happy to arrange the correct product to be sent to you, but appreciate you needed to fit these asap. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
First-rate products and service
The rapit turnaround from ordering to receipt of goods was excellent. Received the wiring and heatshrink within 24hrs which allowed me to continue with my project.

I received the product ok but as I purchased the wrong size I emailed you, your sales department anyway, on the 11/10/23 and still have not received a reply or even an acknowledgement of my query. As to how to order the correct part/return this part. Nothing!?
It would be nice to at least receive an acknowledgement of my query!??
