Placed order, money was taken but no order confirmation email arrived so a bit worrying however a few days later received word that our order was out for delivery so panic over.

I bought this urn for my husband's ashes and it is a really lovely piece. It's like a beautiful piece of wooden sculpture which blends really well into my lounge decor. I know my husband is still with me without obviously having 'an urn' sitting on the shelf. Also the service provided by Aesthetic Urns was excellent. They telephoned me to tell when to expect delivery and it arrived on time, very securely packaged. I would definitely highly recommend this supplier.

Was contacted very quickly after placing my order as the design had slightly changed and they had not had time to update website , pictures were sent to me and asked if I wished to proceed with my order , very happy with my purchase and good communication between buyer and seller

Dom was extremely helpful in answering my questions and so I finally decided on both the large & medium heart urns for my parents ashes. I decided to mix their ashes into both urns and had a plaque designed for each. The urns arrived in separate boxes, well protected with glue for the seals and bags for the ashes. They are very well made and perfect as an ornamental display which will look great anywhere 🥰 Great service ! Thank you for all your support x
