As you mentioned, this particular urn is made from thin aluminium and has a simple design, which reflects its lower price point. We do offer higher-quality options with thicker materials and more intricate designs, which we would have been happy to recommend had we known your preferences.

I brought an Urn from here sadly after…
I brought an Urn from here sadly after my partner passed away. The urn arrived with a big scratch in the centre so I processed a refund on it. The seller contacted me regarding the refund I explained I can’t have it in damaged condition so he agreed to do a refund. Too take some stress away from me my family ordered the same urn and we was hoping it would arrive in good condition however this one had a chip inside the lid rim making it very hard to open and close it also had some small scratches on the neck of the urn so we asked for another refund the seller called me again and not the person who brought it for me he was unprofessional and very unpleasant to deal with he made me feel as though I was lying about the urn which I told him I had no reason too as the funeral was days away so I needed it urgently he then went onto say he wouldn’t sell us another which was fine be me cause who wants to put their loved ones in something that’s damaged due to unwanted stress the seller gave me I’ve just kept the urn because I didn’t want to be dealing with this when I’ve already got enough on my plate. Just a real horrible experience during a difficult time.

Absolutely Amazing company
Staff were amazing, really put my mind at ease. I was able to change the delivery date with no problems. When the urn arrived the packaging was unbelievable. So much care was taken when this was packed and oh my goodness I have never seen anything so beautiful in my life. It actually moved me to tears. I am so so glad that my daughter found this website. The beautiful urn I bought looks even better in real life than it does on the website. It is of great quality and was delivered very quickly. It was protected well for transportation, with plenty of bubble wrap and in a box within another box that also had robust bubble wrap. I had a query previous to the delivery, so called the mobile number provided and the seller was responsive and informative. Great experience with this company.

Très jolie et vraiment assez grande pour les cendres d'un chien (BA). Fonctionne avec piles (sous le socle), ce qui est plutôt bien pour pouvoir la mettre où on le souhaite. Petit bémol: 64,50€ de taxes et frais de douane à prévoir en plus avant de pouvoir la recevoir (une fois la douane réglée, livrée en 2-3 jours). Service client au top, merci beaucoup 😊.

There was such a huge brilliant VARIETY of urns which was so nice , I chose my urn big enough for myself and my darling Pickle (dog) ashes to be added with mine because I always told her “ Pickle and daddy forever and ever bless her heart, I bought it online, it arrived bang on time that it was supposed to, the man in charge is a decent gentleman so I would definitely recommend you having a look , I’m as happy as i hoped I’d be ❤️👏
