Spoke to Abdul today and was very nervous(I struggle with anxiety). But he was very good and explained everything and made the whole process very simple. He put me at ease and went through everything step by step. Would highly recommend to people.

I have ADHD, anxiety, and ongoing health issues, and dealing with financial matters can leave me feeling overwhelmed, confused, and extremely stressed. From the very beginning, Michael has been patient, understanding, and incredibly reassuring.

He has taken the time to explain everything clearly, sometimes more than once when my ADHD has made it difficult for me to process information, and he has never made me feel rushed or judged. He has gone out of his way to guide me through each step, answer my questions, and help me understand my options.

What has stood out most is his kindness and empathy. He has been far more supportive than I expected and has genuinely helped keep me calm during a very difficult and emotional time. Knowing that someone is listening, understands my concerns, and is willing to take the time to help has made a huge difference to me.

Michael is a real credit to the company, and I am extremely grateful for all of his help and support.

I was in a very dark place and I must say that I was really absolutely desperate. The care and knowledge I received was amazing and I’m now in a much better place with something I wasn’t sure I’d find again so soon, that thing being hope.
