Ive had my IVA for around 18 months now and can say I'm very pleased with how easy it was to set up. Also would like to thank my case manager Ikrah who has been amazing! Very understanding, always calls when she says she will and makes sure nothing has been overlooked. Would recommend this service to anyone struggling with debt. Thanks again Ikrah for all your help 😁

I would like to show a lot of appreciation to Annabelle from the AFA team, I had an ongoing issue with no light at the end of the tunnel untill Annabelle contacted me to sort my issue out, this was resolved in 2 phone calls in the same day and I was frustrated by the situation at the start and expressed this during our 1st phone call but Annabelle dealt with this extremely professional and calmed me down aswell as coming up with a very good solution to the situation, I hope this person is recognised for what they did for me because a review doesn’t cut it esp considering how much stress I was under, thanks again it’s really appreciated your really good at your job keep doing what you do.

AFA Insolvency Ltd literally took the worry and stress away from me. After I provided all the required information, they did all of the work. I felt like I was drowning and that is not an exaggeration!
I have to make the agreed regular payments and they, simply do everything else. I contact them if I have any questions or paperwork that I no longer have to deal with. The lady on the telephone was friendly and polite and had time for my questions.

The advisor was very helpful in helpful in carefully listening to me about my situation. She wasn’t judgmental and she spoke to me politely throughout the interview process. She outlined the options open to me explained the pros and cons every option was very clear and explained everything to me in a very friendly manner. I was not rushed she gave me ample of time to respond to every question. It was a very good experience with her with clear good communication skills.
