Fiona was excellent in helping our company when a utility provider that we were meant to go with did not port us over and we were left on out of contract rates with our current supplier. Not only did she negotiate a new contract but was able to backdate the contract with the current supplier. Very proactive and approachable. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Affiliated Utilities helped us save a huge amount of money. We had a fairly unique situation at our hotel, taking over from the previous owners with a brand new company, and it created real complications with our utility contracts. Other brokers we approached wrote our case off immediately. Fiona at Affiliated Utilities went above and beyond, she kept us informed throughout the whole process and managed to backdate contract rates over several months before moving us onto a new contract. 10/10 service. Utility companies must dread seeing an email from her land in their inbox.
