Awful Company, stay away at all costs

This company breaks the law for new tenants by trying to get them to pay old tenants debts.
We now can't start our new business due to electric being cut off.
Stay well clear, we now will be reporting to Ofgem.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I sold a property and they objected to the new owner taking out a new contract, referring to it as a switch or a change of tenancy. This is despite sending documentary proof to them including a letter from my solicitor. Then the started insisting that the new owner opens an account with them. Pretty sure that is illegal. If you open a query or make a complaint, they just close the case unilaterally. If you are thinking of using them, think again.

0 stars avoid at all cost . They are SCAMMERS . and try to rip off small businesses. Wrong billing and terrible customer service. Never help or fix problems they are the worst company I've ever dealt with

Signed a contract with PE advisor after checking twice about variable elements that were missing from the quote. Staff gave incorrect advice of nil charges applying - apparently due to lack of training.
Contract confirmation that was sent through was different to the actual signed contract.
Requested directly with staff member that switch over did not happen until costing issues dealt with, confirmation received that switch had been halted. Despite this request and confirmation, switch over happened anyway.
Later received confirmation that their systems would never allow this 'stop' to have happened despite being told 'not to worry' by PE staff - so either lack of training or intentionally misleading.
We are now being charged for elements that were not on the original signed contract -a significant cost increase.
Following complaint, confirmation received that error was due to lack of staff knowledge and system glitch on the part of PE.
Despite customer completing all necessary checks, being proactive to resolve within hours of issues arising and following complaints procedure PE will still not allow us to leave detrimental contract without penalty.
PE can agree they are entirely at fault but still hold you to a contract you did not sign.

A pathetic company with even more pathetic customer Service. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS. Especially Pamella and Chinu in COT team, these guys are so unprofessional and ill mannered, Going silent for 14 days and after that just sending an email of rejecting my request without any reason or communication within SLA. Such a rubbish behavior.

Avoid at all costs. We are a property management company and this is truly THE worst company we have ever dealt with. Incredibly hard to talk to anyone or receive answers to queries or any form of support which you are going to need a lot of due to their incorrect billing, multiple invoices and confusing refunds. It has wasted so much of our time over the last three years! So many issues terminating the contract too which we finally have but are still waiting to receive our refunds 4 months later! If we weren't a company with an accounts team then they would have scammed us out of a lot of money. Stay away

After leaving the office space, I've been trying to close my account (474326) with PE. I'm willing to pay any cancellation fees, but the company is making the process extremely challenging. In hindsight, I wish I had checked their reviews beforehand, as many are quite negative. It's best to steer clear of them. Unfortunately, I've had to hire a lawyer to resolve this issue, which shouldn't be necessary! All communications are directed to a call center in India. Additionally, I plan to escalate the matter with Ofgem to seek further assistance.

We took on a lease for a retail unit thats previous tenant used these guys. Took ages to find out who they were with so we can change. They sent us log in details and a bill to pay up so we can end our contract with them and switch over. PROBLEM

Their website doesnt work. You log in - click PE energy to pay - it opens a new tab that logs you out and takes you back to the dashboard.

I email support - they email back saying i need to log in to sort. This has been going on for months so it feels like a scam. No genuine company would be this bad. All their customer support replies are off shore people chasing money i cant pay. If i call its expensive and no one answers the phone so i cant pay. Genuinely not sure what to do but this company needs burning to the ground and owners need prison time.

I am trying to terminate my contract /account 474326 with PE after vacating the work premises . I am happy to pay a exiting fee but this company is making it impossibly difficult. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before foolishly signing up , it would seem there are a considerable amount of particularly bad reviews . Avoid at all cost . I am having to engage the services of a solicitor to sort this problem out , it shouldn't be like that ! All calls go to a call centre in India. Am also going to Ofgem to escalate as much as possible.
