Outstanding from start to finish! Made what seemed a daunting prospect of sorting out my late mums estate into a hassle free process at an affordable price. It is good value for money, the probate service is as fast as it could be for what is inherently a slow process. Affinion refer the work to legsl firms. I was referred to NewLaw for the legal work and they were extremely helpful and competant.

The whole process was completed seamlessly.
Mark gave great advice throughout and was always available if we had any queries.
It’s a very stressful time after a family death and Mark was professional and reassuring.
I had a quote from a different probate service who had given me poor advice on what was actually needed and were trying to charge me for services that were not needed.
Mark explained what we really needed and the cost was a fraction of what I was quoted by the other company.

Highly recommend; The whole process from the very first contact with Mark was 18 weeks. Mark Stephens is first port of call with Affinion couldn't be more helpful. Mark was very precise in answering all of our questions regarding probate. It was so helpful to have Mark answer emails immediately or within a few hours.
We were then referred to New Law to commence application for probate. Once again like Mark, Lisa was extremely helpful and efficient.
We then had contact with Sale Homes, they did a valuation for us on the property, we decided not to use then for the sale, we thought a local agent might be better for us.
We then had contact with Sail Legal for conveyancing, so far so good.
