Mark was excellent as was Emily at New Law Solicitors. Everything explained clearly and a really fast, clean process at a difficult time.

Using Affinion was such and efficient service. Instructions were clear and replies to queries were quickly answered. They use NewLaw Legal (probate services) who were also very efficient.

I contacted Mark of Affinion Probate after being mucked around by another Probate company who mislead significantly how much I would pay. After my initial telephone conversation Mark assured me the figure quoted would be the figure paid, which was true. Significantly less too. Because Inheritance Tax was due, I found the forms too complex and the Legal Department took all that stress away. Any issues Mark was on the case, I can’t thank him enough.

My husband died suddenly a while ago and didn’t leave a Will I called Affinion and spoke to Mark He explained the whole process He was kind and his information was clear and understandable. The whole process was easy and they immediately gave me peace of mind as I was confused about it all Probate was granted in 6 weeks!! When I was expecting it to take much longer. I wholeheartedly recommend Affinion for their probate services. Mark was incredibly kind and made a horrible process so much easier. They didn’t complicate matters and quickly let me know what details would be needed. They arranged property valuations and arranged a great solicitor (Sophie at New Law) who took me through the process and informed me of what was needed to compile my dad’s estate summary for the submission to the court. Sophie patiently waited for me to review and double check the draft and ensure papers were correctly signed. The court issued probate was surprisingly quick.

I will definitely use (and recommend) their services again in the future.
