Previous review was positive due to the fact they get you to do the review before completing your order! What was offered was not what I received. I after discovered that The sim was £25 and then the phone was another £25 per month. Which they did not make clear. I also only received the sim. The phone was not sent out and when I tried to find out why and return the sim as I needed the phone with the sim I was not able to get hold of anyone to question it or return sim. I called the network provider who were just as unhelpful and are currently billing me even though I have made it clear I did not receive a phone and I want to return the (unopened/unused) sim.
