New Stairlift Enquiry
The surveyor was knowledgeable as he had previously been a stairlift engineer. He gave an unbiased opinion of various lifts and, though, not the cheapest, we decided on a particular one. He was polite and friendly and well presented. It was a pleasure to meet him.

Disappointed after service
Great service when fitted, if your lift breaks down don't expect anyone to come out to repair it. Terrible service, customer service try their best, to arrange a call, unfortunately falls on deaf ears. Terrible, Terrible after service. Maybe best to have the phone number of a local stairlift repair company "preferably reputable "

In view of my wife's medical condition it was agreed that she should have a stair lift. I contacted Affordable Stairlifts, and was impressed by the professional and understanding way I was treated. An appointment was arranged for the following day. And it was my pleasure to meet Ben, who did the survey advised me as to the best options for us. With my wife's condition in mind he organized the installation for the following day. I wasn't expecting that !. I am writing this prior to the installation but I do not anticipate any problems with this company.

Great communication from the start from Julie, who turned up on time. Explained everything in an understanding , friendly and clear way. Offered a great deal on a top product with no sales pressure.
