This wig smells so bad that I put the box and wig in my garage. I reached out to Afsisterwig.com and asked how best to shampoo the wig because of the foul odor. Afsisterwig advised me to look on YouTube for a tutorial on wig care. I asked for information on returning the wig and was told there would be a 28% restocking fee. The stench coming from this wig makes me wonder if the donor was dead!🤬

1st Email: My wig is horrible.. I was soooo looking forward to the
installation and giving a lovely review.. The wig is poorly
constructed it has light colored thread that clearly
doesn't match with the wig hair.. and it's shedding it
looks nothing like the wig I purchased my cap is med I
asked for a small.. I ordered it in time for my best friends
wedding.. How can I fix this now I'm extremely upset!!

The wig I received is not worth that.....

2nd Email: Did you really say 20 dollars when I paid 300.. you KNOW it’s not a 300 dollar wig. all these stray uneven hairs and poorly constructed wig with a cap that was too big ma'ma.. (I'll be reporting your site and email to the BBB so that no one else gets duped like I clearly did!!) I will upload my video on YouTube also with your site tagged.. All I wanted was a refund for a purchase I made!! But that's cool karma and all these reviews my friends and I will be leaving ANY AND EVERYWHERE we CAN.. will ultimately cost YOU way more than me!!! You have an awesome day

3rd Email : Again the wig has all types of lengths extremely short hairs and fly aways through out the wig and very thin on the ends.. even at the top of the wig on the lace it's very thin.. I don't know if you actually see your product BEFORE it's shipped out but I clearly didn’t get one the good wigs.. I guess you only send THOSE good ones out only for youtube reviews

They sent me the wrong color wig. Instead of ginger it was an ugly bright red. I wanted to bleach it to ginger but the wig must not be 100% human hair bc the hair did not bleach at all and it just ruined. Waste of money. Bought after seeing an influencer from TikTok but they don’t send the same wigs as they get. Please don’t buy from here. I wish I read these reviews before purchasing.

I purchased this unit because of the YouTube review. However they do not send the same unit to Customers that are not influencers. My unit lace is average quality and the hair has an odor as soon as I wet it.

Buyer beware

I wish i had read the reviews before making my purchase. What I received was a cheap version from what was advertised. I purchased the HD swiss lace and OMG what I recieved made me so mad. I contacted them and they started taking my in circles without any remorse on my order Please save your money and don't buy from them. No wonder you can never see any customer review from their IG page. I tried commenting to warn others and they straight up deleted my comment and blocked me from their page. Stay away from them and don't but from them. You will be duped and deceived!

First off, I watched a YT video and found them off of a profile and watched the install. I have purchased 2 from them, beginner(13x4) and full frontal. So easy to install and I know nothing about installing. I purchased the skin melt HD Swiss lace. Once I apply my fabric band to melt it I get compliment after compliment and most think it’s a weave. I go straight to the site not through the Facebook link. I have NEVER been charged a fee or had to send a copy of my ID. I have had both wigs for almost a year, wash them with lots of care and they are like new baby!! Have not spent anymore money on another bunk wig since. I just rock the 2 alternatively.

I received my wig in about 5 days and although I had trouble laying the wig in spite of being advertised as beginner friendly it's still a nice unit and appears to look as advertised I just had to pay someone to install but overall no complaints with the site or the wig I purchased

AVOID!!! Do not order from this company, like others wish I had read reviews first. I ordered 2 14” wigs, the “body” wave has lots of short hairs all over the place, and the hair it’s looks like old mismatched hair, some is wavy and some straight and frizzy. The straight wig is too big (provided measurements), it literally looks like a hat, the amount of hair at the hair line is laughable, it’ll take hours to pluck, also one side is a lot more dense than the other, had to trim as it arrived with different lengths. Knots not bleached on either despite description stating so. Horrible workmanship!!

Ordered a wig and wanted to cancel, within 15 minutes or less.
Check the YT videos regarding this company. They are trying to charge me 15% fee for what. WE need to pay our workers. I have never had to deal with this horrible customer service. PLEASE don't purchase from this company!!

I have just ordered my 4th wig from this company! They are quick and responsive! The hair they send is beautiful and soft. I’m not sure why people are upset so often or if I have just gotten lucky every time with quality work but I tried ordering from a different company recently and let me tell you, afsisterwig is where it’s at.

The wig they send me was entirely different from the one they were advertising it looked just like a copy wig like a costume cheaper version I tried to send it back but once I asked for a return label to get a refund they just ghosted me none of their phone numbers are in service this place is a total scam they will take your money if you do or not receive your package or if you want a refund they're keeping the money that you sent

I canceled my order because the day after they asked for my ID. I said no and would like a refund. I also said no because I paid for 3-4 day shipping and waiting for my ID to be verified would defeat the purpose of expedited shipping. They said they'd be shipping my package out anyway and refunded the amount I paid for shipping. I email again and said I still want the refund. They rejected my request for a refund and because they said "WE NEED TO PAY OUR WORKERS." The package arrived and now I have to pay for expensive international shipping to return it. My bank is going to refund me the %25 charge they place on returns. So stupid.

I placed order and immediately emailed to cancel order. These people emailed me once day asking why basically delaying refund process. Trying offer discount and gimmicks now i didnt receive hair but that alone turned me off. Now its day 4 no refund ive contacted my bank this company ridiculous

Thank you to everyone who posted here. I almost spent $400 on one of these wig. I will add Afsisterwig to my Black List and let all my people know as well. Good looking out and I appreciate you!!!

Wish I would of read the reviews first. Saw a beautiful bob wig w/ highlights advertised on FB. The wig i received is so thin. The lace in the front doesn’t have enough hair to add any volume. There are a TON of short hairs everywhere. They just stand up all over your head. Ive been snatching them out, freeze spraying, etc. I WILL NOT PURCHASE AGAIN!

I WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS OR LESS...THIS IS THE WORST WIG I HAVE EVER PURCHASED IN MY LIFE, AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF....MY FRIENDS AND I ORDER WIGS EVERY WEEK AND WE DECIDED TO TRY YOUR COMPANY...WORST DECISION EVER!!!!!!!! THE HAIR IS LIKE CARPET, THE PART IS HORRIBLE AND IN DESPARATE NEED OF A LAWNMOWER, IT IS 1000 DIFFERENT LENGTHS, AND THE COLOR IS NOT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR IT IS MUCH LIGHTER.....RIDICULOUS!!!! THE WIG CAME AND DID NOT LOOK OR FIT THE PICTURE. SO I WANTED TO RETURN THE WIG LIKE THE OTHER CUSTOMER SAID THEY WANTED PICTURES HAD TO SEND THEM TWICE. THEY WANTED ME TO SEND THE WIG BACK WITH A RESTOCKING FEE OF 25% OR IF NOT GET HALF OF MONEY BACK AND COUPONS. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF.DONT PURCHASE ANY WIGS FROM THEM

Horrible shades daily in big globs...I love wigs and only ordered once but I hated their wig...it came really fast thou I can honestly say tht also communication was good but wigs 🗑never will I order again sorry but not sorry trash

Ladies please don't waste your time and money on Afsister wig. The wigs you see on the models in the videos on YouTube, etc., are not the wigs they ship to us. I purchased a 8 inch deep part blunt cut bob and received what appears to be a 12 inch bob. I immediately contacted Afsister via email to inform them of the error they made and that I would like for them to send me a return shipping label so I can ship it back for exchange for the one I purchased. They asked me to send pictures and I obliged. They had the audacity to suggest "I trim it myself or visit my local hair salon" (mind you I just spent $165). I replied "unfortunately I'm not a hair stylist nor am I interested in visiting a hair salon due to COVID". Still not offering a return shipping label (they just ignore that request) and offer me a "huge" discount (15% off) off the next purchase as if I'm going to make the same mistake twice. They continued to play LET'S MAKE A DEAL for almost three days. At that point I realized they weren't willing to issue a return shipping label and without an address I wouldn't be able to return the wig. I then logged into my PayPal account and filed a claimed for a full refund. Afsister immediately emailed me and asked me to cancel the chargeback and offered more coupons, gifts and a free wig. I told them I wasn't interested and just wanted a full refund. Their response was since I filed a chargeback there was nothing they could do for me and that it would take a long time to receive a refund. Five weeks later PayPal closed the case in my favor. I received a full refund. I still had to pay the cost of shipping the item back to Afsister...

P.S. The best wig companies in my opinion is LUVME HAIR and IDEFINE WIGS.
