THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY DO NOT EVER IN LIFE ORDER FROM THEM!!! Hair took almost A MONTH to ship after I paid 33 dollars for express shipping. I ordered a blonde ombré wig and my wig came in BROWN. The company is extremely inconsiderate and barely wanted to refund me for shipping. I ordered the hair and paid almost 400 dollars to be extremely disappointed. I ordered the hair for my birthday and my hair came 3 weeks after my event. I was so upset and customer service was terrible. I had to fight to get a refund which I’m still in the process of trying to get.
The company is a fraud!!!

Where do I begin? I’ve been wearing wigs for about 5 years. I purchased a 18” unit for $180-$190 around December 15th and received it on the 24th. I didn’t get the unit installed until New Year’s Eve. I noticed immediately how thin the ends were and how the hair did not look like it was 18”. Cool. Whatever, I can still make it work. After a few days of wearing this wig, I noticed it was shedding tremendously. I would literally leave trails of hair behind me everywhere I went. One day, I decided to wet the unit and style it with some moose that I’ve always used on my wigs , and CLUMPS of hair is coming out of the wig. And I mean clumps!!
So, I email Afsister, informing them that the wig wasn’t as described, the quality was horrible, and the wig is balding. They had the nerve to say “our wigs never shed. Are you taking good care of it?”
So, when I explain to them that I know how to take care of hair and it’s the unit that’s bad, and they offer me A $15 DOLLAR REFUND. What am I supposed to do with $15? You can’t even purchase a good meal with $15!!

I am so heated with this company and I feel like I’ve been robbed out of my money. I didn’t even ask them to refund me the full amount, just $80.00 and they are refusing to refund me a decent amount and they keep offering me petty discounts for future purchases. What makes them think I want another wig by them? So It can bald again in two weeks? If I wanted a dusty wig that last for two weeks, I would have bought one from PartyCity. I contacted my bank to dispute their charge.

The first wig I got was okay it would tangle up really bad at the nape. The second wig I got was absolutely atrocious, lace was too dark and the knots would not bleach no matter how many times I did it and after emailing them and telling them about the horrible wig they didn’t offer a refund or a new wig they just offered me 15%, this company is a joke if you want a good wig check out LUVME HAIR OR ALIPEARL

I just purchased a 22"150% density, body wave undetectable lace front wig from Afsisterwig Company, and the hair was soft,beautiful and with no shedding when I co-washed it! So I don't know what the other reviewers are referring too. That's why you can't always go by other people's bad experiences, you may not have that experience, this is a case a mistaking identity Lol sirusly. I do believe in reviews at times but I also know that sometimes you have to trust your own judgment, and make your own decisions. I love the hair! beautiful hair, and I can't wait to purchase another one!
This company will be one of my new wig companies.😃👍🏽🔥🤝🏽

They like to play games. I ordered a so called HD skin melt lace wig that I paid $254 for (on sale) when I received the wig it was pathetic. The density was so weak like 130%, the ends were scraggly and it was not true to length at all. I was shorted by two inches on straight hair not curly. It literally looked like the cryptkeeper’s head if you’re familiar. No bounce, no swing, no shine,, and beyond full of flyaways. Just lifeless... On the website they say to contact them first if you want a refund. Let me tell you, that is because they want to stall the waiting period for a return. They also refuse to provide a return address and try to argue that their product is good and right and sending it back is not cost effective for you because they will charge you an additional restocking fee if they don’t see a problem. They will try to give you discounts to invest in another overpriced wig and never take accountability for their lack of quality or errors and I have receipts. I assure you they will see no problems with their wigs even with photos as clear as day. Now, if you choose to order I suggest going through PayPal so you have some backing. I had to stop all communication with the seller via emails and upload to PayPal so that they can see how many times they ignored my request to send the wig back and get a refund. About 10 emails including pics from the DAY I received the wig. (Unworn, uncut unused, no dye) It took about a month but my request was granted because they did not honor their policy and again, I had receipts. If you win your case, PayPal will refund you when the seller receives the item so you don’t have to worry about them getting it and still not trying to give your hard earned coins back. (You can even opt to get a partial payment if you don’t trust it and keep it to chop and screw or sell it ) You must provide the tracking number to PayPal. All in all, I recommend DO NOT purchase from them if you want to be safe and avoid a hassle. Keep in mind that Much of what you see on YouTube is people being sent products to give a review. Of course they send their best product....However, these products are not always equal to what they are actually selling to the general population. If you by chance get a “good wig” then be warned that this particular company is not consistent, and they are not to be trusted with your money for frequent purchases. I don’t want anyone spending this kind of money on a product that doesn’t deliver. In my opinion, you can find much better wigs for less elsewhere.

DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER BUT THEY SAID IT WAS DELEIVERED. ANOTHER FRIEND ORDER SHE SAID THEY FALSE ADVERTISING USING FAKE PICTURES NOT WHAT ON SITE. PLEASE BE AWARE,I AM STILL WAITING FOR MERCHANTS TO GET BACK TO ME FOR A FULL REFUND AND STILL NOONE HAS REPLIED. STAY FAR FAR AWAY

This company is worthless the wigs are horrible quality and they don't honor customers refund. New customers BEWARE don't purchase wigs from this trash company. Afsisterwig needs to spell check there fraudulent page errors.

Misrepresentation of the product. They send custom wigs to their promoters and send trash to real buyers

I ordered 2 wigs from this place. The first one i just didnt like because of the lace so i got another one .. way more expensive with “better lace” the lace came with holes in it. I decided to use the wig regardless because the holes were in spots i was going to cut off anyways. I spent $280 on this wig and it lasted less than a month. No exaggeration. The hair kept matting to the back of my head. And CLUMPS of it were falling out. By the end of the 3rd week the front of my lace no longer had hair. I sent pictures to the place and they offered me $40 in a refund . And a coupon. I asked for more money back seeing as tho i spent almost $300 they told me they normally dont offer anymore than $40 in a refund. $300 for a wig that lasted almost 3 weeks. It also took about a month to receive

These people are thieves! Please ladies do yourself a favor and stay away from this company! I’ve been trying to return my package since I received it and it’s been 6 days. The lady is purposely dragging out the conversation and refused to give me the address. I will send you guys screenshots and everything. What they advertised is not what they send you. Do not give this company your money!!! Customer service has been the worse I’ve ever experienced.
The hair they advertised is not why they send you and when you tell them you want to return, they refuse to give you their address. Stay always from this company sis, I beg you guys.

PURE EVIL SCAMMERS! AFSISTERWIGS advertises bleached knots and invisible lace, when I received the wig the knots were very black and visible and there were tears in the lace. I contacted them and they said "sorry we don't bleach the knots too much or the hair will fall out." The issue is the knots where not bleached they were BLACK. They offered me a discount if I purchased from them again, I refused and said I wanted a partial refund, they agreed to $50.00 USD. This all happened in June 2020 and it is now September 2020, and I still haven't gotten the $50.00. I opened a PayPal dispute and they told PayPal to have me ship back the item. Shipping to China is $47 dollars! I emailed AFSISTERWIGS and they told me that we both know we don't want you to ship the wig back". I asked them for a partial refund again and they said Ok but that they have to wait until I cancel the dispute or until it expires. I told PayPal about this and they said never to cancel a dispute unless the seller has fully resolved the issue, which AFSISTERWIGS has not. Today they have sent me 50 dollars for "Goods and Services"via PayPal; HOWEVER, I cannot claim this money because PayPal wants a tracking number for the non-existent "goods and services" AFSISTERWIGS is claiming they purchased from me. Overall this company is trash and extremely unethical!

Afsisterwig is HORRIBLE!!! Buyer Beware... I ordered three wigs(3) and requested to exchange two of them. One was a 16 inch that appeared to have been tampered with. The front was 16 inches but the back was choppy. The other Bob style wig was much lighter in color than advertised and was in need of tweezing. I was instructed to submit photos and I did. Then I was asked again why I wanted to exchange them. When I explained, I received an unprofessional response stating that if it wasn't choppy in the back, it would be, "ugly." After going back and forth for about 3 weeks emailing, I'm now being informed that I can't return/exchange because it's more than 14 days. Completely and Utterly UNPROFESSIONAL!!!. Why would you continue to request photos/reason for exchange if you were going to deny the request? I will be taking further action. (I gave one 🌟 by accident and couldn't remove it during the editing phase. They get a thumbs down from me👎).

I experienced the same thing as previous commentors said. The company refused to give me my money back then also refuse me the return address. The hair was $150 and is complete garbage. It sheds like crazy. I sent the company photos and they refuse me my refund. I sent the company pictures & footage of the hair. The people told me that they cant sent the hair. I said ok let me do you one better and send it back to you so you can see it better. They are scammers. So a YOUTUBE VIDEO will be made about this experience. And yo believe I found others that have the EXACT SAME ISSUE AS ME. Goes to show no one is lying on them. I don't know any of these other people but how ironic that they have same EXACT EX AS ME? WOW. Something needs to be done about them.

For months I searched and observed wig companies hoping to find good quality hair for my clients and came across Afsisterwigs. The reviews for this company  were astronomical until I considered the facts. i didnt look into buying from them right away because i wanted to see other reviews from others and their outcome who actually bought  and installed the wig. 

The demonstrations i saw on some of the top channels on YouTube influenced me greatly. I wont give out their names beause my message is not a positive one. I highly respect them, their skill and quality expertise.

I am not a celebrity, nor do i have a Youtube channel. I am a regular working lady looking to make a living from my trade as a certified hair stylist. Although I pay the same money for the wig i ordered from Afsisterwigs as a celebrity or someone with their own  Youtube channel would, I end up not getting the same quality hair. Now why do you think that is? 

The Afsisterwig that i purchased was the yaki full lace skin melt, small size 12in 150 density $219. The picture advertised on their website with the same stats is longer and beautiful, however I knew i would get a shorter version for the price that i paid.

When I received my order I tore into that package like a cat on a hot tin roof scratching a hole to escape the heat. That's just how eager i was to get that wig out of the package to get it customized and ready for my customer.

When I took it out of the plastic, my bottom lip dropped to my knees in horror. I took a deep breath, sat down to collect myself and wrote to the company the very same day I received the wig asking, " Is this a joke? Am I being punked?? I explained to the company what the wig looked like and sent them  pictures.

The hair was lifeless. it was layered throughout the hair with no gloss or shine.

About 4 inches of the hair on the wig was pin needle straight. When I ask if I could return it for another with the same value, they told me that it would be too cost affected. Now mind you, the lace was still in tact, no plucking or bleaching, nor were there any products used on it.  It was ready to be sent straight back to the company. The wig was so awful l asked for a refund since they didn't want to replace it. When I sent the pictures showing the jacked up peice of wig they sent to me, all that I got from Afsisterwigs at that time was an apology. They apologized that I wasn't happy with my purchase and offered me 15% of the $219 I spent on the wig.
I was so angry my eye balls smoked from the boiling steam in my eye sockets.
I reached out to the company on multiple ocassions to request help with an exchange or my refund. Why they couldnt see the proof in the pictures was beyond me. My goodness even Mr. Magoo could see that the wig they sent  was a jacked up peice of junk!

Later they offered me $45 and a15% discount on my next purchase. I was not satisfied but agreed to getting something back from my hard earned money

Afsisterwigs is not the only company taking advantage of consumers. if you are not a celebrity or have your own channel  on Youtube, then look to get the the peice of junk meant for their gabage dump.

Contrary to their effort to settle I feel that I got screwed. The Afsisterwig company offered me and advertised in their ad bouncy hair, yaki straight, skin melt full lace, 150 density, soft hair that they also advertise in all of their marketing material.  I on the other hand did not received the hair quality hair they advertised.

In my opinion, Afsisterwigs
falsely advertised the presentation and quality of their product that I paid ($219) for. 
I would rather have had a refund or to receive a wig  that would be comparable to what they advertised. But to no avail.

Afsisterwigs falsly adertised and misrepresented the product that they supply. They provide hair to celebrities  and the people they work with who own their channels  on YouTube and it appears that they are sending these individuals a superior quality of wigs  than they send to, me, we, you, the consumers.

I have the pictures of the wig the same day I took it out the box

Lace was all that but Hair was terrible.. customer service worse..hate giving people back their money. Didn't respond to Paypal and until the day the case was set to close. Hair was over bleached, falling out, recvd deep wave ordered loose. Hair was kinky as ever!! They use silicon wash to cover hair

Do not purchase from this site!

Terrible company to deal with for the following reasons:
*Wigs ship directly from China, not the United States
*Seller does not give return address information, so you can't return the wigs
*Terrible customer service
*Wig arrived in bad quality
*Overpriced wigs that are cheap elsewhere

the lace is very ok but the hair quality is very bad (I ordered water wave hair) and I am loosing everyday a huge amount, plus they put a lot of short hair (flying hair all the time). That why for this quality it is too expensive.
