I ordered my wife a new engagement…
I ordered my wife a new engagement ring. They didn't have her size in stock. I needed it for a certain date but it wasn't going to be ready in time. They sent a place holder ring while the correct size was made. A few weeks later they emailed to say it was ready and I sent the place holder ring back and they paid for the delivery for it. I have a happy wife.
The customer service was first class and I will definitely be using this company in the future.

My wedding band was not in stock, but I had an email explaining this and asked if I wanted to continue with my order, I did and the ring was beautiful. The only thing I would say is that it would be better if the site told u if a product is in stock or not, very happy with my ring
