Alex was an absolute star throughout. He worked incredibly hard to secure my mortgage deal - even getting the rate reduced before I completed. He worked in challenging circumstances and with a challenging market, but he always kept an eye out for the best deal and came up with solutions to any difficulties. He never gave up (even when I was ready to), was incredibly knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout. I always felt like he was very much on my side and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. I first started working with AGA back in 2010, when Alex couldn't have been more helpful to me, ignorant first-time buyer as I was! Recently, I have been working with Amanda (as Alex was on holiday when I contacted them about remortgaging).
