From the moment I rang I could feel how professional and thoughtful the staff were. When visiting they gave us time to look round and ask questions. When I brought my dad to view the home the next day they gave him time and were so kind. He responded well to the humour and reassurance given by staff. On the day he was admitted the care staff had obviously read his assessment form and understood his requirements including how he like his tea! After years of looking after dad I feel I can relax knowing he will be looked after and cared for.

Michelle B. is so responsive, supportive, and realistic. I have been in contact with her for several week trying to get things in place and everything keeps on changing but one thing that doesn't is Michelle's kindness and support with the assurance that the support that is going to be administered is what is needed. She doesn't shy away from hard conversations. She is a joy to work with and is an asset to Agincare.

Avoid. Find another more reputable agency.

My father in law has recently moved in to Cordelia House. The staff are what makes this place so special. All so caring, compassionate and fun. Update us regularly on how he is doing. Always something going on, activities, singers, also quiet spaces if you prefer. Was a hard decision, made easier by such lovely people

Lovely staff and great manager who made sure everything was perfect before my Aunt moved in. Great home and always lots going on.

We urgently needed a care home for Mum as we could no longer provide the care she needed at home. She was admitted 48 hours after the initial assessment. The staff are very friendly and approachable and give great feedback on Mum's progress. Very happy with the experience.

I am really impressed with Agincare when it came to making the hard decision in placing mum into a care home. Communication with the team was spot on and could not fault them, sending confirmation emails and phone calls. They made a process that can be stressful into one that was very helpful and reassuring. I would highly recommend Agincare to friends and family.

Agincare has made a difficult time in our lives bearable because they specialise in personal care which is keeping us safe and secure.

Nightingale nursing home, Derby. Communication and information was really good. Very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to visit and assess my father in law whilst he was in hospital and accommodated a move to suit us because we don't live local. The home is newly refurbished and very nice. All rooms have what resembles a front door so gives the impression of a flat. It helped us because father in law didn't want a care home. We were all welcomed when we arrived and felt very at ease with everyone. The food was lovely and we were also given a cup of tea. Overall a very positive experience and we believe father in law will be very happy and looked after. Lovely environment and feel, and very clean and fresh.

Chris our assessor was absolutely brilliant, not only was he professional, but he engaged very well with my Aunt. He asked lots of questions that were appropriate and was interested in my Aunt's responses. He made us both feel comfortable and confident in the care Agnicare will provide.

Chose Agincare because from initial contact through to assessing and matching my mother with a live-in carer, was handled professionally, competently and with understanding. My Mother has now had her live-in carer for over a week and is very happy with her. I feel very confident leaving my Mother in her care, and confident in the support Agincare give both to the carer and to us.

Had To Re Locate my mother at short notice from another County. Staff at Cheriton were warm and friendly and have made the transition from one care home to another straightforward and stress free as well as very nice accommodation for my mother.

Mum had been in hospital for 2 months and was bedridden. The care plan was to provide a live in carer the help roll mum so her pad could be changed every 4 hours.
The first carer told me she had a bad back so it was painful to do her job.
The second one suffered from panic attacks so only stayed one night. The third only stayed one night but did clean the sink. The fourth was really good and a good rapport with mum.
I found myself helping to turn mum twice for pad changes.
The lady at the office in Guildford was very good and caring and the manager from the office in portland was understanding.

I'm happy with the care they give my mum but I do have a small dislike on Christmas the grandkids bought her a lovely winnie the pooh nightie and on boxing day it had gone from the drawer never worn and never found then I replace it put her name and room number on it again never worn and gone from the drawer and still not returned there seems to be a thing with the laundry if it's not dirty there is no need to take it to the laundry if that's where its gone but the staff there are all great with mum but I'm concerned that someone is going in her room and taking that specific nightie it wasn't cheap it was from her grandkids so we are all a bit upset by this I also have found at times yogurt pots on floor that I cleaned up and empty pot in her bed with spoons and odd occasion she uncovered she does tend to play with her covers as of her dementia so does need checking on
