I love that i can find so many items that are my style in one store!

I have been putting this review off for a few months because I love to focus on positive interactions while tossing a bit of caution is when necessary to help others. I discovered them and stuff was so cool I immediately bought like 3 orders within a month without having received any. I did eventually get one of the 3, but after months of lies, broken promises, and outright THEFT, I gave them 3 more chances to give me product or refund. I was given a 30% off my entire order coupon that was not expired. It did not exist. I asked for some sort of fix and got ignored on that 100%. No acknowledgement. Worse than that, they sent me an ad for the cutest dress I had seen in a very long time. I scrambled foolishly to get the $ to buy it. Several weeks later and still no order, they wrote to me to say it was out of stock and asked what I wanted instead. They agreed to a total of approximately $140. They asked for a list. I wrote them back with a list that could answer any questions they might have. Two days later they wrote back saying they didnt know which items they were. I described them to a T, using the names THEY gave all 4 garments they next said they would need screen shots of items I wanted from their site. I am not adept at that but i spent nearly 2 hours trying to figure out different ways and attempts. I successfully got three and copiously described the 4th. When I got no resolution or response weeks later, I told them to just send the three due to them completely cutting off responses. I even gave them $40 off what they owed me. I emailed 3 to 4 x a week for like 3 more weeks, asking for the compensation that they agreed showed my directly in writing in the form of emails. It has now been 6 weeks later. No merchandise, no apologies. NO MONEY OR PRODUCT AND COMPLETE REFUSAL TO ACKNOWLEDGE ME. I have had 2 very serious spinal surgeries since this all started. I was getting ready to to war with them when I realized that it is clothing and I was allowing ridiculous theft and lies that were not warranted by anything I did to take up so much emotionality in me at a time where my body was failing me. I know karma is real, as I have been blessed by strangers many times and been bitC% slapped a few. It was not by participating in their unethical behavior that the way to accept it and finally let go of the anger was to remind myself that i trust that that by not liking but accepting without stooping to the moral LOW GROUND and retaliating was the most ethical and morallt mature action I could do. I have far more peace knowing that the universe is bigger than me and I dont retaliate to nefarious and ridiculous behaviors , either directly after or 3 months. Not my issue now. I know they will or have months later already gotten what they deserve. THEY RIP PROPLE OFF DAILY. DON'T ALLOW THEM TO SCREW YOU OVER LIKE THEY DID TO ME AND COUNTLESS OTHERS. I feel great about the way I handled it with honor and don't worry about having harmed anyone. They chose this. Hope they learn. But this is the last time they harm me by living rent-free in my mind.

My entire experience with this company was beyond outstanding! My item came in on time. It was in perfect condition excellent quality materials, and to top it off the seller seems thoughtful as if they value their customers. Even sent a thank you note with the item along with a first time customer code, plus sent an email with a 30% discount on my next purchase. To be honest, the seller will be on top of my list for future purchases.

I ordered an item from the online store, but the clothing I received in the mail was completely different from what I ordered. I talked with customer service multiple times over the course of several months but was unable to get this issue resolved. Just an overall frustrating experience I don't plan to repeat.
