The wait was a little longer than we had anticipated but generally we are very happy. They do sell quality products and the prices are much better than anywhere else around here so thanks a ton!

The seed spreader.
We bought a agra fab grass seed spreader. This product is a plastic piece of junk. I had great help when I need help trying to put this thing together. The girls are great. When I called back because the impeller was hitting something and did not work. I was told to try to push down the impeller to get it to seat on the grooves on the shaft where it belongs. Well in doing that it broke. Now Agra fab wanted to send me a new impeller and I refused to deal anymore with this company. They make a cheap expensive piece of junk so I said no thanks. I will return it to where I got it. Now understand the girls trying to help did a wonderful job and are very caring about the customer. I can't say that for the company that makes such a piece of junk.

Had to return DID NOT refund shipping charge. Reason for return valve would hold 15# pressure.

I ordered the wrong part and the customer service rep was prompt and friendly when I called for a return number. The return was easy and correct part was ordered and quickly shipped.

Doesn’t work well on npt fittings. But as advertised

Was a pleasure, they quickly (and I mean quick) replace a couple parts that were sent out wrong. They couldn't have been more apologetic and professional. No excuses as to how it happened, just immediate action with overnight shipping to make it right. Great Job !!!!!

Unacceptable experience. Conduct not rude, just indifferent. No place on Website listing process for return. When 800 number called, message stated to leave name, number for call back then promptly hung up. Finally reached someone who said I needed “approval” to send product back. Emailed me a letter of approval(?) no return sticker. It would cost more to send product back than I paid for it. Will not do business with this company again and would NOT recommend
