I ordered some chairs and order was processed no issues then someone emails me and cancels my order due to a pricing error without even offering me any other options and now I have to wait for a refund

My orders come promptly and in great condition. I wish I could get the Tru drop pots locally but since not available thank you for carrying them.

The website is intuitive and easy to navigate. It was very easy to change, add or delete items from my order.

I had a few questions prior to placing my order and called Urbilis direct. The gentlemen was very courteous and answered all my questions. He made sure my samples were on there way the same day I ordered them. When I hung up the phone, I new this was a company I wanted to do business with.

My order arrived promptly. We were pleased with the planter we purchased.

We ordered the large planter in a wooden stand, and we couldn’t be happier. It was packaged carefully and arrived in perfect condition. We love everything about it, including the color pebble, and it works beautifully in our living room.

I have been communicating by phone with Urbilis for over two months in my quest to purchase two Vondom chairs. The customer service is second to none. I requested numerous color swatch samples and they were sent out immediately. Every time I called, not only were they professional, but so pleasant and very helpful and I called a lot. I was still concerned about the color so the customer service person, Nick, immediately sent over another picture from the sample book and rechecked the color.
Today, I placed my order. The process was seamless. They are highly organized and super personable. I have 4 more chairs to purchase for a different area and I will certainly purchase them from Urbilis, without hesitation. They are simply GREAT. I highly recommend and it is not something that I do often.
