A Hand Tailored Suit Reviews 

I bought a suit for my wedding when I was not entirely sure what I was looking for. I had a slight idea of what I wanted, but no real idea of how to communicate that or what makes a suit look good on a person. I was a little anxious of cost and had been looking at various rental and off-the-peg options.

My first meeting with Andrew and David was professional, extraordinarily helpful and, dare I say it, fun. I wasn't only given choices between suits, I was given the chance to look at details between styles (some of which I did not know existed) and to try them on, as well as helpful guidance on colour matching. I wasn't told what to choose, I was given enough support to make my own informed decision - that's something I didn't think I would have been able to do. I was able to help design something of which I am proud to wear - I walked in barely knowing anything!

I was slightly worried about price during that first meeting, and when the quote came up I was pleasantly surprised. I would have spent a similar amount on an off-the-peg counterpart that would not have looked as good and would not have been what I wanted. Possibly even more. The price point is very fair, especially considering I needed more than one tailored shirt and high quality warm-weather materials.

There was a slight delay in the suit delivery date which did not cause any issues - it still arrived around a month before the wedding. To allay my nerves, I was updated regularly on how the cutting was progressing. As any rational person would do, I started looking for a suit with around four months to go before the day. I did not pay for an expedited service and it would not have been required. Out of curiousity I have read some of the negative reviews and cannot see what was written there reflected in the service I was given and I am confident that had I have needed the same suit with a quicker turnaround time that it would have arrived.

Andrew and David give a service that I feel is lacking in most of my customer experiences - they had time for me. Not only that, they also had an infectious enthusiasm for their trade that made getting a suit a tangible part of getting married - this wasn't just an administration task to get out of the way. I looked forward to our meetings and left feeling happy each time.

Myself, my partner and my sister visited a hand tailored suit yesterday after visiting another suit tailor earlier in the day. What a difference between the two! From the moment we were met at the door we felt very well looked after, the passion for style and making the customer feel amazing really shone through. Such a friendly service, no detail left unspoken about. We spent two hours with the guys and could have stayed longer because they really made us feel at home and made the experience so enjoyable, when firstly we were very apprehensive as its for such a big day. There aren't many tailors out there that design suits for women and most that do feel they can charge women more than men! but these brothers really know what they are doing, having been in the fasion industry for many years. They are making us a top quality suit at a very reasonable price...£700 less than the first tailor 😯 with much more detail offered to make it that extra special. Payment plans were not a problem yet were not previously offered from the other company, we just feel they have thought of everything. We can't wait for our next appointment

Wow. What a suit! Cannot fault the quality of product or the service from the gents in Birmingham. Great guys who were extremely helpful and clearly passionate about what they do. And so they should be as well! Thanks guys for making me look and feel a million bucks for me wedding!

What an amazing team, I initially thought they bit off more than they could chew because I wanted everything they could do and more. They were able to do the type of stitching, cut, colours, materials , texture I wanted and much more. This was my first suit ever tailored and they made the experience a memorable one. I know my wedding will be a day to remember.

A fantastic experience and an they delivered an incredible suit for my wedding. Andrew and the team took my vision and executed it perfectly. The suit is more than I could have hoped for. Was extremely helpful and accommodating from start to finish. This was my first experience buying a tailored suit and they walked me through the whole process. Went above and beyond. I had to use the 3D app to get initially measured as I live 300 miles away. I was very nervous and sceptical. When the suit was made it need very minimal adjusting. I was amazed. Excellent! They are the best in what they do, they made everything easy for me by helping me choose the right suit. The suits are accurately fitted to your body, they even make further adjustments just before you take your suit. The best part of this experience is the service! I chanced upon Jon and his team during a Google search - and I'm extremely glad that I did.
