Scammer website locked my BTC couldn't send or sell.

If you watch only wallet it will appear zero amount

It's just numbers on screen but our money sent from back to scammers wallet

Scammers use this wallet, I asked for my money back and they refused. This wallet should be closed down

I completely agree with Jenny Chaseling and Keith Montross. I was also introduced to the so-called anti-fraud company Noble-AllyFinance, which was recommended to me by BrokerComplaintAlert. It’s clear that they all work together as part of an elaborate scam network. While I did not make any transfers myself, their fraudulent approach was evident. They claimed to use an API key to facilitate fund recovery and mixing as part of anti-money laundering measures, which was highly suspicious.

The extraction process abruptly stopped, and they claimed the issue was that I had not used the wallet myself. They then suggested I make a transfer to my wallet, implying that this would resolve the situation.

It’s worth noting that this scammer previously operated under a fake wallet platform called Vinaem, which has an identical website structure to ahlanas.com. Even the fake recovery agents working for Noble-AllyFinance mistakenly referred to "Vinaem" instead of "Ahlanas" in their communications, revealing their recycling of scams.

This is a clear scam operation. Please exercise extreme caution. A legitimate platform would never make such unethical and unreasonable requests. Ahlanas.com, along with their accomplices, should be thoroughly investigated for these fraudulent practices.

i kind of wrote something regarding Ahlanas.com, well it was more of a message asking the Ahlanas support for help with the use of their crypto wallet. but i get an email from their support, not asking what can they help with but instead to tell to delete what i wrote if i wanted them to have one of their tech support to help me with how to use their wallet features..

so i delete what i wrote, which had nothing bad in the review. it was an honest assessment on the experience i been having and that they dont reply to any of the emails i sent them. only about what i wrote here. anyways i delete my review and email them to say that it was deleted and that i hope you will keep your word about contacting me and helping me with how to use the wallet, well needless to say, they did not keep their word. no assistance with the wallet even though i deleted my review per their request. so i guess they dont care about the people who use their product, they only care about what you write about them here on trust-pilot. now im not trying to be a bad reviewer, but i will be honest about my experience with using a product. the wallet, it is a pretty good wallet to keep crypto-coins in. their added API extraction integration is something other wallets do not feature, it doesnt really have an integrated crypto buying exchange like some other wallets do, and there isnt any option where you can add other crypto coin to the wallets. but the crypto pricing is live updated with a chart to show the movement of price. all though i did not get any assistance with the use of the wallet, i did figure out some of the features i was asking them for help with. but if you are thinking of trying the wallet out, i will say this, if run into any problems with using the Ahlanas crypto wallet just know this, the wallet support link they have in the wallet, well maybe its my browser, or maybe not, but the support link does not work, and if you send emails to contact their support, dont hold your breath waiting for a reply, because they dont reply, well unless you write something on trust-pilot that they dont like then you might get an email asking you... or imploring you to deleted it if you want ay assistance from them, which again dont hold breath. their customer service does not exist. also youtube has alot of "how to use" videos for alot of crypto wallets but for some reason there is no such video for this wallet. i probably wont been using this wallet after im done using the API feature, which is one of the things that i am having an issue with along with some other issues, that i asked for their assistance, but did not get. i my opinion, even if a product you use may not be all that it seems, i would still consider using it if the customer service for that product was helpful with getting any issues you may have resolved. a good customer service goes a long way if you are trying to have people to use your products and to keep them using it. that my honest opinion.
