I bought a grounding blanket from air-relax Europe and found the customer service to be excellent. There was a slight delay in receiving my order but they informed me immediately so I could relax and not worry about when it might arrive! The blanket itself feels very luxurious and easy to use. I brought an red light blanket and a few light stopped working within 3 months. I contacted AirRelax and there customer service was excellent and many thanks to Sarah who went out of her way to help. I decided I wanted to upgrade in size and pay the extra for it. Sarah instantly sorted and sent out upgraded replacement ( that better suits my needs!) As of the product I love it! I would recommend this company to anyone on product and customer service.

My experience with AR is very, very positive! I made order from Slovenia. They answered on all my questions and what is surprising, they answered immidietly, not next day or two. And they are very polite and nice.
Definitly I will made some orders in future.

The company has fantastic customer service; if you have a problem, it's resolved immediately. They even sent me replacement adapters via Amazon within a day. The product is high-quality, has many LEDs, and is very energy-efficient.

I purchased from Air relax and the who step was a pleasure experience. Charlie never let the phone ring out and did not answer. The back up was excellent. I am getting on very well with the sleeping bag red light & delighted I purchased. Having an Irish back up is a pleasure.

Researched red light panels for weeks before choosing the Air Relax Red Light Panel (ARRLP) 300. Bought it for its great specifications - a wide range of wavelengths compared to many competitors and powerful irradiance. The panel is solid and straightforward to operate. I've been using it for about a month now for psoriasis and have already seen improvements. It provides a lovely warm glow and heat making it very relaxing to use in the evening anyway. I was concerned when I saw the panel was dispatched from Singapore to Ireland, but was assured that all customs - VAT and duties were prepaid. Sure enough, there were no issues on arrival. Customer service was excellent too with speedy replies to a couple of queries. Very happy with my purchase. Hoping to get years of use out of it.

I have the compression boots a few weeks and without doubt they are an investment worth it. Post cycle or workout or even on a rest day they are an essential for recovery and preparation.

I honestly didn’t expect much when I ordered the red light therapy pad from Air Relax Europe, but I'm thrilled and it has been a total game changer. I’ve been dealing with joint pain (knees and hips mostly) for years, and nothing ever really gave lasting relief… until this.

The pad is super easy to use – I just lie on it while watching TV or reading, and after a few sessions, I started noticing less stiffness and way more mobility. It’s also kind of relaxing? Like a warm, quiet therapy session at home.

I use it almost daily now, and the difference is real. My knees don’t ache after long walks, and I’m even sleeping better because I’m not tossing and turning from discomfort.

I said several times I wouldn’t purchase if shipped from mainland Europe due to Brexit.

Regardless he took my money then shipped from Madrid, 6 weeks later I’ve no recovery boots and they won’t refund my money !

They ban you from posting on their social media pages as well when you point this out.
