I needed forks sent within a week as I was going away. Airbike not only sent them next day but for free! Great quality kit at a very low price. I'd recommend them wholeheartedly.

Very good company to deal with, I have purchased a few items. When I was accidentally sent the wrong item they responded very quickly to my email and resolved the issue without any question.

Forks turned out to be better than I dared to hope for, given the price. Bought to replace an OEM Suntour fork with a sping that was far too "stiff" for my weight. Found it reasonably plush once the right sag is set and the rebound control actually seems to do something. Proof of the pudding will be on longevity (it's only 2 months since I fitted it) but worth noting that the purchase price is on a par with the costs to send a Fox fork for a service.

Products were delivered quickly, great prices, lightweight and functions well.

I brought a 11-50 cassette with a drop link to change my gravel bike from 11-42 (MTB trail lunacy). Works perfectly indexing and shifting on a SRAM force 1x clutched mech.

Super fast and can not complain for the money got the bike back running.

I've had various parts from Airbike for both my road bike and my dirtjumper and the quality and value for money has been is outstanding; an easy and affordable way to make meaningful upgrades to your bike without the need to shell out the big £££ on major brand names. Steve is also incredibly helpful and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. 100% recommend.

Good service

Airbike are now my go to company for pedals, fantastic products at a very affordable price, I’ve got a few pairs and had one of them for a year or so and they still perform like new, customer service is awesome too, I’ll definitely be back, I intend to have airbike pedals on all my mtbs

Great customer service. Had a bit of an issue with a delivery that was sorted in double quick time. Highly recommended.

Brilliant customer service. My parts were delivered nice and quickly, but Royal Mail bag had split, losing my chain. Got in touch on WhatsApp and my new chain was with me in 2 days.

The 8 speed cassette, derailleur extender and chain seem really well made too, I’ll definitely be buying from here again.

Oil leak - 29 Inch Air Fork XC32A 120mm Travel
Haven't had the best of experiences with these forks. They were leaking oil from new and despite me reporting this to airbike they said they'd come back to me and never did, hence why I've not bothered following this up or the issues I've had with the wheels I bought. The forks are now very spongey and sticky and certainly not working as a bike fork should. Reviews left on airbike's website have been removed. Quality of components I've used from airbike despite the price is probably not good value for money but let's hope my experience helps them to improve.
*Update: I have received the new forks from Airbike and are working as they should now, thank you.
