The Ebike Shop Reviews

Bought the Engwe EP2 pro boost from The Ebike Shop and am well happy with it. The Ebike was exactly as described, well maintained and great value for money. Thanks a lot 👌🏼

VERY HELPFULL THANK YOU

Can't thank these guys enough. Got my Surron Light Bee yesterday. It's super fast. Thanks for the great service.

don't buy fm this company my grandson is getting his conversion kit posted in separate orders.poor bugger depends on his bike to get him to & fm collage !!! shop elsewhere is my recommendation also their communication skills are nonexistent unless you bug them !🤬

ordered the 52v 30ah battery, came within about 4 days and all works good although 2 of the straps it came with have already snapped and part of one of the strap slots has snapped somehow so not the most durable.

Quick turn around for delivery, ordered on two separate occasions now!

The best battery

it took a while for the motor to arrive, but that was not the companies fault.
the guy I spoke to got it sorted, so good customer service.
kit is good, well built.

This shop is amazing. The staff are really nice and if there’s ever a problem, they will sort it out. I recommend it.

Ordered the 52v 2000w 30amp kit and at my door in 2 days 💪 5 *
Simple set up and great value for the kit , contacted for help on the build and was instructed very quickly on the set up of the battery with images via whatsapp.

Honestly 5 star all around and will defo be using them again for all future builds

also the bike is super quick and mega happy withnthe outcome

Ordered a battery and a 2k hub kit, can’t fault the equipment, delivery was within a week too, I would have no issues buying here again👍

Excellent price. Great kit and quick delivery

Customer service was meh slow replies sometimes ignored or replies like “I speak to my supplier”, how can you sell stuff and not know how to help customer with the problems? , and even after having a problem with the controller they tried to send me to some back street electric scooter shop that said it’s not a definite that they can to my 4300£ bike which after installing the controller did not work ( was only a blown glass fuze in the end) , also after buying the vtb controller which the delivery time said 7-10 days deliver from the date it was ordered I only got tracking details on the 8th day which was a photo of it being shipped from china. So Basically got drop shipped a controller and if I would’ve known I would’ve brought it myself from alibaba.

If I could it would be 2 and a half stars

Wasnt great to start with took abit longer than expected but no worries atleast it showed up. Ordered a 1500w ebike conversion kit for my bike say top speed of 35mph (55kmh) fitted it , tested foes about 85-95kmh off the ground about 50-55mph absolute beast would definitely recommend.

Bought the bike after speaking with them on WhatsApp. Very helpful, fast delivery, they even through in extra locks and alarms for added security. Bike is perfect came already built. Very happy customer
