Great service and cheapest model of bike I’ve found on the market at the time of purchase. Arrived quickly with tracking. Very happy with my purchase and service.

Bought the 52v / 20ah battery over the bank holiday weekend, added a little note asking if there was any chance of a Fri/Sat delivery, and received a message on bank holiday Monday saying that wouldn't be a problem.

Exceptionally good customer service from the start. Battery was sent via DPD, so I was then able to select the exact day I wanted it delivered so that I could arrange for someone to be available to receive.

When I received the battery, the packaging was very good, the battery itself was wrapped in thick bubble wrap and placed it a sturdy cardboard box to ensure safe transit.

I've had limited use of the battery so far, but it came with all the necessary instructions and fittings required and initial tests have been very good.

I'd definitely recommend if asked, and may even buy the larger capacity myself in future.

Bought a e-bike gt20, very happy with the service, had a few problems but all sorted very quickly by grant, some extras sent as well as compensation. Excellent customer service from the e bike shop would definitely buy from again.

Me and the mrs have the Engwe Ep-2 pro in black + Grey. Delivery was quick, very well packaged and was easy to build.
We love the e bikes they are solid and beastie. I like the fat wheel size and it makes you feel like you are riding a motorbike.
I have been on 4 bike rides in the past week between the rain and I love it. My first e bike and I’ve got it because of ill health and I need that extra assistance. These bikes are perfect the power it gives getting up hills etc is better than I thought it would be. And you don’t even have to peddle if you choose to just rev it and go.
Overall they are solid, reliable and battery is good. Defiantly an head turner and people have been stopping to ask about them. And they presumed the bike was like 3k so definitely worth the money. Control unit is good aswell easy to use and there’s loads of YouTube vids to help if you want to customise the settings like speed levels, push assist, even break light brightness.

I can’t express my feelings. My man Grant is life saver. I bought Coswheel CT20 with a great deal. I ask them for a quick delivery. And Grant keeps his promise by delivering the product one day earlier in just 4 days. I will sure recommend my other friends to buy from them. Customer service was top notch. I bought a new 52v 20Ah battery with LG cells to boost the range on m ebike. I found them here at a reasonable price & ordered one. The communication was good & I received updates with the tracking information. Arrived safely & well packaged.

purchased an Engwe EP-2 Pro. the bike arrived only a few days after purchase which is good, zero communctation from the company after original 'order recieved' email. this included no response to an email I sent them about the purchase. But they get 4 stars as it was fast service with a good price.

The Engwe m20 arrived on time. Great prices. Great contact with Grant and full of willingness to help. I highly recommend it.

Currently waiting 9 days for a battery. Evri have lost the battery in connection with the courier. No updates on delivery and still not out for delivery so won’t be within a 10 day period. Not only that, Evri have had my order since the 18th January with no updates on ETA. It’s vanished into thin air. No doubt I’ll get a “unfortunately your item has been lost in transport” email and then have to wait another 10 days. Trying to get updates from E-bike shop but just getting unprofessional email responses and a telephone adviser who just sounded like she didn’t care that I’ve been waiting and waiting after spending nearly £400 on what looks to be like nothing. I wish I had ordered somewhere else now.

The e-bike shop have also to hide the true reflection of their dreadful service have deleted my comment from their Facebook page. This owner/manager gave no apology for its dreadful customer service along with Evri losing my parcel for days.

I believe this company only have 4 stars because he try’s to either pay off bad reviews or gets them deleted. Not a true reflection of its service.

The owner keeps updating his reply below saying delivered on time, it may of been delivered on the 10th day but the service was awful. The owner also has pasted a link to his Facebook page with evidence of the 10th day delivery yet blocked me because I put this exact review on their facebook page. I had to chase for it and it’s not about the delivery anymore……it’s the appalling 1* service. This review needs to be seen, so others can avoid.

First class service and a good price, j received the bike within 4 days

Ordered a battery for my Engwe EP-2. Contacted the store via whatsapp first to make sure I was ordering the correct item. Response was quick and helpful. Delivered within the time stated and happy so far with my purchase.

Very good battery and very fast but the delivery was a bit slow but over all really good 😊

The eBay shop sent me an ex display bike , didn't even inform me ! The bike box came shocking form taped up with masking tape ! 🤬 and missing parts . Bent brake levers , scratched frame , no front guard. I have photos of all this !! If they any decency at all they would send me a new one at no cost !!!! They did send me £80 , could only afford to buy the pedals and the lever !! . To be honest it put me off buying a bike online. The only way I could revive my confidence with this company would be a new bike packaged properly and sent to me at no cost !!!! The other bike can stay a spares 🤬🤬🤬 ( I still can't believe they sent it in such a state, no banding on the box or security tape !! Just a quick fix boxing and then sent to me ) zero out of 10 !!!! ... Just so I can slightly edit this and let you all know the e-bike shop as been totally fair with me and offered me a new bike as you can see the reply , the first thing is the bike is absolutely excellent and works as it should I have no complaints about that, .... The gentleman which I will not give a name to you was starting to get angry ! .. I do understand that because I basically asked him for a new bike free of charge ! Yes I know it's a bit harsh but I didn't contact them and ask for a new bike so there is no scam involved as it was put to me. That this is what I was trying to do ! I DON'T WANT A REPLACEMENT ! I WANT TO I WANT TO BE LEFT ALONE !!! .... I AM NOT A SCAMMER !! AND ALSO WITH A PATHETIC REACTION TO ME SAYING YOU ARE GOING TO CONTACT THE POLICE ! GO AHEAD !!!! ( This message has been stored on WhatsApp ! ) As far as I'm concerned I'm keeping the bike I have no problem with it I bought some bits with the £80 they sent me. And yet again !! .. I have pictures here of the box the type picked up it was taped together with masking tape that YOU guys did !! I also have the photo you sent me showing me the x display bike before you packed it !! It wasn't even packed correctly !! It was rattling about in a damaged box ! On the right hand brake lever comes straight through the box and was sticking out !! BAD PACKAGING !! THE BOX HAD NO STRAPS ON AND ALL THE STAPLES WERE MISSING !! I STILL
HAVE THE BOX !! IT WAS PACKED IN AN OLD BOX !!!! I HAVE THE PICTURE THE X DISPLAY BIKE PICTURE YOU SENT ME ( AFTER I HAD RECEIVED THE BIKE)) YOU HAVE MY NUMBER YOU COULD HAVE AT LEAST ASKED ME IF I WANTED A DIFFERENT COLOUR !! NO YOU DIDN'T CONTACT ME AT ALL I DIDN'T WANT AN EX DISPLAY BIKE !! I WANTED A BRAND NEW STRAPPED UP PROPERLY LIKE IT SHOWS YOU IN THE YOUTUBE VIDEOS! ALL PACKED UP AND SECURE ... !!! SO ABSOLUTELY NO IT WASN'T BRAND NEW !!!!!!!!
