I bought a 2000w ebike kit from this company and within 2 months it set on fire. They refused to refund me and told me it was my fault by overuse. I had the kit checked out by a local ebike specialist who confirmed that the kit was not fit for purpose and dangerous as all the cables were to thin to carry the power. I had to get the local shop to speak to them to confirm this as they didn't believe me and still they wouldn't refund me. Eventually, after months of emails they sent me the refund the night before I was about to open a court claim for the money. Customer service is horrendous, could never get through on the phone and would sometimes take days for a email response, then to get a reply like it's from a 5 year old. Would never use this company again and would advise anyone to stay well clear.

I ordered an Engwe c20 pro on 6th Nov. Grant was very helpful, answering many questions and making sure the item was delivered before our cutoff date. The couriers had damaged the box in their but the contents were intact so we now have an excellent bike and a supplier that I will definitely use again and again.

Bought Engwe Engine X last week. I had it delivered within 4 days in perfect condition, though, I did only get 5 min's warning from the delivery company, that the bike was on the way. Decided to buy another battery, so got in touch with owner to make sure I got the right one. He made the experience very simple and pleasant. So overall, amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend looking at this company, if you're interested in purchasing an Ebike in the future. Hassle free, and I got a 10 percent discount for both the Ebike and the battery. Not too bad, as the bike and the battery, were already the least expensive that I could find anywhere else. Chuffed as!!!

Firstly, the price is obviously a great point and from the little contact I had with the company they’re fairly responsive, albeit light with some specifics.
However, the courier (XDP express) is useless. I appreciate the bikes are heavy etc, but not to have up to date tracking information now a days is disconcerting. Especially when it’s not a small purchase. It took over 5 days to get a tracking number, partly the e-bike shop, partly the courier, then they say they’re delivering one day (all day window pretty much) then they don’t turn up. No update for days, then another ‘out for delivery note’ then they miss the window by hours but then turn up randomly.
The box was delivered upside down (despite signs not to), with many scuffs and holes in it. Thankfully all was I damaged, but the delivery company ruined the experience.

Company and price good.
Delivery company abysmal.

Firstly I would like to say a massive thankyou to grant from theebikeshop who spent 45 minutes trying to help me prior to even placing a order as I had placed a order with a fake company and was paranoid. He went above and beyond with his customer service and put me at ease, whilst also helping me confirm they were indeed a fake company.
I then proceeded to place an order with theebikeshop later that day and had asked grant to confirm he has received my order via a email or sms . I received a sms confirmation and the 2 days later received the tracking information. Once again I contacted theebikeshop and left a voicemail and got a swift call back to help with my worries. Everything was sorted and I was assured the bike would be delivered by Friday.
The tracking information was bang on as on Friday morning I received my bike via xdp delivery at 12.40.
Honestly guys I ain’t even just saying this but do not waste your time looking through loads of websites just buy it from here. I vouch for them as a customer who has been scammed and is still waiting the money back. Nothing is too much for this company to help with! .

I will be placing another order shortly.

Once again thank-you so much for all your time and help through out this process as I was probably a challenging customer to deal with as I was paranoid.

Battery for bike take long time to deliver and no any tracking information. But, it's working and for reasonable price. Additional new charger

Quick delivery, found the address which is rare as we are extremely hard to find

no communication regarding delivery several telephone calls all went to voicemail no opportunity to leave message. Delivery driver apparently couldn't find address in the end collected from DHL warehouse myself

I ordered two Engwe ep2 pro from The Ebike Shop, I am very satisfied with the quality and fast delivery, the prices are very affordable. I recommend it to my friends and family.

It's a scam.
NO REFUND FOR OVER TWO WEEKS.
Ordered the bike as Engwe had sold out.
Was told that the bike was in stock when i called the first time.
When i called the second time to find out progress I was told that they don't have it in stock.
I requested a refund, called over 20 times, spoke to a few people.
NO REFUND FOR OVER TWO WEEKS.
I ended up contacting my bank to get a refund.
AVOID AVOID AVOID.
you have been warned.

Nice guy on the phone ordered an engwie ep2 pro was a good price , would have 5 stars but bike turned up with no warning lucky my wife was home! Didnt get any emails warning it was on route , bike came without a uk plug but these are minor issues.

Very happy with the bike. It’s amazing. Happy with the service too. 3-10 day delivery, I got mine in 7.
You won’t be disappointed if you by this bike, I guarantee it

The engwe Pro I purchased is excellent bike at a good price took a long time to receive due to stock availability would have given 5 stars if I got the £50 off I was promised for waiting so long but I would still recommend the ebike shop if your looking for a ebike
