gave me a better controller then listed, listed to give 35a, but came is a 40a, and gave me a better display, listed as sw, came with ukc1, but i got the 2000w 52v kit, but i only get about 1700-1800w power output

My experience wasn't great but the overall outcome was at least positive and is the reason why I'm giving a 5 star. I ordered on the 18/9 and had delivery tracking details within 48 (working) hours which was great and had the delivery confirmed for the following Wednesday and that's where it went down hill. I was given a timeslot of 2.15-4.15pm and had taken time off my usual work day to receive my delivery. After waiting all day nothing showed, the next morning I checked the tracking details to show that the package had been delivered. So I went to work on the Thursday and had a message come through saying that my bike was next to be delivered as I was work I couldn't accept the delivery. I had checked the tracking again after getting the message and had a photo of a door and my package in front stored the wrong way and the box was badly damaged. Get home that night and see nothing on my front and ask neighbours if they had got anything for my address...nothing. back and forth with the ebike shop in messages as he had to confirm that it hadn't been delivered to the correct recipient. Refund was given and apologies from both sides where shared but XDP/TOP Cloud Logistics let this sale down. This was my second purchase with the company and the first went smoothly.

Excellent price , fast delivery , and a real bike shop with after sales service, had a small issue and they were extremely helpful and resolved it over the phone for me , definitely will use again , actually looked at website today , just don’t tell my wife

It was easy to contact them through Whatsapp, and their response time was always soon after I had messaged. Their manner was professional yet approachable. Transaction went flawlessly. Not much comms from paying to actual dispatch, which was about 4 days. Silence can be a bit worrying when youve handed over a lot of money, however, the bike arrived when they said it would and overall a great service. Highly recomended.
