I bought some pulsar buds a couple of Months ago. When I use them to listen to music language arbitrarily and randomly disconnect and reconnect from the iPhone making it virtually unlistenable. I contacted pulsar and they immediately sent me another pair which I must say has been flawless and works brilliantly and the sound is good – very good in fact I am dictating this message now using them on my laptop. Do give them another chance and let the customer service team trying to resolve the issue because although I was doubtful they provided an amazing experience and I am over the moon happy.

I have been contacting them for months as I ordered three pairs, all which were faulty. I was told I would get replacements and it has been over six months, yet I still have not received them. I left a review on their website which I think they have deleted as I cannot seem to find it. I have contacted customer service multiple times and received no response. I have also tried to go through their customer service on the website yet the link does not work. TERRIBLE SERVICE. AWFUL PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I can only echo what the previous reviews say. One of the airbuds stopped working after a couple of weeks. No response from customer support. They clearly changed the address of their website but I can clearly see it is the same, despite what they answer to other reviews. It is clearly a scam. You can see fake 5-star reviews on their website.

Wish I’d have seen these reviews before ordering. One isn’t working and every time I click on the contact us link it says page not found. No customer service

Absolute scam. Have been waiting over half a year for a replacement as the first pair didn't work properly (because they are cheap tat) save your money because you won't be able to get it back or a replacement

This company is a scam! I have ordered in May and received faulty items in June. My replacement supposed to be sent in July but nothing has arrived. Furthermore no one replies at their customer service. Seems they have redirected the website to something else. Impossible to find them/contact them. I have tried to email them about 20 times. The owners should be arrested and prosecuted for such practices. Seems many people have the same experience. If someone has an idea how to deal with it please share. Together maybe we can bring them down. I wish I have used a credit card then maybe I could claim it back. Edit: I have reported them at econsumer.gov I got a reference number - please do the same and share your actions, hopefully we can do more together.

Awful scam. Charged me to send my faulty Airbuds and have now stopped responding to my requests for refund. I have emailed them 30+ times and provided everything they asked for including proof of postage to China. They've now closed the website they were operating from and now have a new one:

I am going through my bank to try and reclaim my money, I wish I could have used PayPal as they are great with this sort of thing.
Please avoid at all cost.

If I could, I wouldn’t even rate these 1, but I had to give it a rating just leave a comment. I purchased 3 pair 8 months ago, one of the pair, the right headfone wasn’t charging. I sent numerous emails regarding a replacement pair. All I got was, a replacement pair were on the way, all the time there was no such pair being sent out to me. I even sent a video, as they requested to show that it wasn’t working. 8 months on and I’m still fighting for my replacement pair. If anyone has any suggestions as to how I can get in touch with the hierarchy of this amateur company who is scamming people, I’d love to find a telephone numbe.

Ordered on May 19th and still haven’t received my headphones and case. Tracking info showed a different country and replacements were processed on July 14th but still nothing. Getting harder and harder to get a hold of anyone about this. Website doesn’t even show up now and whoever I messaged on Facebook, they deleted the account. Called my bank and I can’t dispute the charge since I bought something from them, they didn’t charge me without me buying type deal. Bank said I could file a police report or let BBB know, regardless I’m out of $51.48

Horrendous company every single review is true I received my airbuds in April one was faulty so I asked for a new set to be sent they asked me to send a video proving it was faulty which I did they said no problem 3 weeks and you’ll have a new pair and it’s now 3 months later they have said they can’t refund me because the airbuds have been sent it’s all lies can anyone please tell me is there anything I can do to report them? I got these because Olivia Atwood promoted them as really good on her instagram, These people really need to look into what they’re promoting.

Scam. DO NOT PURCHASE. I wish I had found these reviews before I ordered at the end of June. Refusing refund and keeps saying it will be there in a few days. absolute jokers.

Do not order from this company, they send out damaged ear buds and then promise to send replacements which never arrive TOTAL RIP OFF

Please listen to everyone. There’s a reason why people don’t like them. They rip you off. They don’t even know what’s customers service. I don’t understand why people even work for them honestly.

WOOW, SO IVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY ORDER SINCE MAY 30TH, NOTHING WAS DELIVERED. BEEN FOLLOWING UP SAID WOULD REFUND ME. KEPT ASKING FOR THE REFUND, NOW THEY SAID THEY ARE A DIFFERENT COMPANY. WHAT A SCAMMER. WORKED HARD FOR THAT MONEY ALL THEY DO IS SCAM PEOPLE!!

PLEASE do not buy from here, the delivery took months and when the earbuds finally arrived they worked for 5 minutes and haven’t worked since. The box says they are ‘i12’s’ when I have looked online these earbuds cost £5 but I paid £30 for these. Scam

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Don’t bother waste your time or your money. Delivery took 2 weeks longer than it should have. One of the earphones stopped working straight away. It could hold a charge. Requested to return item via email which was accepted. They advised to send back by recorded delivery which I did. 3 weeks later no reply. No replacement. No refund. I’ve emailed multiple times still nothing!! Biggest scam ever. Absolutely disgusting. Going to report them!

This is a scam. Received non-functioning product and have emailed the customer support team numerous times with no response. Avoid at all costs!
