AirGigs Reviews

While I’m sure AirGigs is great and I appreciate their replies on these reviews alone, I docked a star for the unprofessional artist on their platform. When seeking a music writer for my (clean) lyrics, I was met with a politically-driven response. Last time I checked, I was merely looking for a professional for a job for hire, not a debate I didn’t begin. I understand this may not be how AirGigs conducts business, however, there should be (or maybe there is?) a method to ensuring potential customers aren’t shamed out of completing a composition because two artists’ viewpoints don’t align (and how would I have knows that?) A simple “no thank you” or even ignoring me would’ve sufficed, but instead I was met with an insulting message based on the lyrics I provided (which by the way, is a personal gift for someone, and not even something I’m intending to publish). Perhaps there should be some method of vetting or an establishment of conduct since I’m sure this is how AirGigs makes money, and now a customer has been lost.

I have used the platform as a “buyer” for a year and has purchased over 50 gigs - yes almost one a week! Has enjoyed everyone I have worked with. Their customer support has been excellent. I never had a dispute I needed resolved so I don’t know about that part. But the vibe I get from everyone has been good.

Everyone needs to make a living. If you treat people with respect, and be fair with people, I think it’s an excellent platform. I am so grateful for platforms and communities such as airgig which allows me to engage in musical collaborations I never thought possible.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND IN ABSOLUTELY NO CASE!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

AirGigs is a service driven company that meets the needs of not only those individuals that post their services online, but also for those individuals requesting those services. They offer prompt problem resolution and look to meet the needs of those involved in problem resolution. Their service is easy to use, reasonably priced, and customer responsive.

I´,m a studio session drummer and I wanted to work online. Since I discovered Airgigs, I´ve been working with them for years and It always worked great! I´ve contact many talented musicians and producers and made nice songs!

Have been working through Airgigs for years and for many clients around the world and love it!

This is a fantastic platform for making music happen. I have both offered my services and hired talent from here. The experience has consistently been 100%. The community is great and the results have always been spot on. Recommended without reservation.

I’m a professional musician, and a good friend of mine told me about AirGigs at the beginning of the covid epidemic in March 2020.
I have my own studio with drums, mics and full recording set up where I do online sessions.
AirGigs has been so great to me since then.
The AirGigs team are so assisant with helping out if any questions need to be answered.
Cheers

Airgigs is an amazing resource.
It has helped me become a full-time session musician. I have worked with some of the most lovely, genuine & talented musicians from all over the world from the comfort of my home studio. Customer service is superb and they are so quick to respond and resolve any issues (that are few and far between!) Very thankful for the Airgigs team! Chanele

I've been working as an Airgigs musician for more than 3 years and it has changed my life. Thanks to Airgigs, I now live as a full time musician, have my own studio, and I've worked with hundreds of artists from all over the world.

I've also been on the other side of the transaction, as a buyer, and I must say that if you had a bad experience with it, it's probably cause you were unlucky to find a rotten apple within the wide array of extremely talented musicians out there.

Hats of to the best music service there is!!!

I have been working in airgigs.com for more then 6 years by now.
The system works flawless and it helped me a lot to earn money and contact witj clients.

Everything on Airgigs is superb.

The interface works very well, there are numerous job opportunities, and the people there are generally kind and clear. I've spent 8 months on the platform and worked with more than 30 different artists.

If you're a buyer, it's crucial to listen or watch the professionals you plan to work with to ensure they align with your needs. I believe that people encountering issues with this may simply struggle with managing their time and focus effectively. The Airgigs service and its artists are of high quality, as evident from the reviews provided by both artists and clients. Make your own investigation and you will see :)

I've had the best experiences on Airgigs, which contrasts with other online job platforms where reaching clients can be quite challenging.

The payment service works effectively and is easy to use. I love it!

Promoting your services is a waste of money. Not a single client reach out since.

Adding more info since you replied: they orders they reffered to is the 1$ test sample I had been offering. This is no where near gonna cover the promo cost. Best is to go on Fiverr or soundbetter.com They got buthurt from my review and deleted my profile from their service. Avoid.

Great platform both for buyers and providers. Thanks for everything Airgigs!

I gathered over 2000 in selling my services and now i can no longer log in. The day i was supposed to get paid. It's been 2 days now i have been trying to contact them. Via email, no response and calling no response.
I see a client below has this same issue

después de multiples trabajos con diferentes artistas se ponen del lado de un listillo que cobra su trabajo antes del visto bueno. Solamente una vez me ha pasado y asi han reaccionado. Muy mal por Airgigs.

Fantastic platform with a great community of professional artists and service providers.
The support team (namely David) are always there to help and support promptly.
I have been on the platform for 10 years and worked with hundreds of artists, bands and producers and I can honestly say it's been wonderful!

Great platform and a chance to find that particular musical service you need whether it's musicians or mixers or what ever. Also the service is really good in case you need to cancel an order, you will always get a quick and helpful response from the support on Airgigs.

Great company, it's sad that it's not advertised enough, otherwise it would be a great competitor to fiverr.
