These sprinklers are GREAT! The sturdy build and range options are miles above the competition, and worth the price for the quality you get. When I had a leak in one of them, they promptly replaced it.

Our water heater stopped working out of the blue one day and I contacted customer support and they were very helpful and gave me options on what could be wrong with it as to why it wasn’t working and sure enough it was as simple as resetting the thermostat and it’s been working ever since!

I own a pristine lite system. Really have had a great experience. The device stopped working out of the blue. The customer service support was extremely helpful. They got a replacement shipped quickly.

I contacted Airthereal after having an issue with a portable range hood. The customer service was impeccable from start to finish. They were responsive, communicative (updates throughout the entire process), and were focused on resolving the issue with my satisfaction as their top priority. I purchased a sand filter for my above ground pool June 2025. I loved how quiet and powerful the filter was. When I set up my pool for 2026 season the pump stopped working. I contacted customer service and they offered several repair solutions. Sadly non of them worked. They then offered to send a replacement. I happily accepted and it was shipped very quickly. I was able to set up the new pump and it is working perfectly. I am super pleased with the customer service.

We bought the Airthereal MA10K-PRO SMART
WLAN-Ozongenerator in November 2025 and unfortunately after almost 5 month of use the unit stopped working. I was a bit dissapointed as we bought the PRO version hoping it will last at least the 3 years of warranty. I contacted the support team and I was very pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received a response. After receiving some instructions to determine the cause of the defect, we quickly concluded that the device needed to be replaced. Despite the large distance between Germany and the USA, the replacement process was very quick. The support team clearly exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely awesome Customer Service. I was having issues with my Ozone Generator, hit them up for some troubleshooting, worked out all potential issues and then they sent me a new one free of charge.

Highly recommend this company (and the equipment), nothing but good experience so far.

The composter has made it possible to avoid adding food waste to the landfill. Instantly reducing guilt about our footprint on the planet.
I've been using my machine to reduce food waste and coffee grounds since March of 2023.
It's quiet and the carbon filters reduce the smell when cycling. Food waste is reduced to dehydrated plant food.
The grandchildren enjoy being able to see into the machine as it fold and reduces food waste.
From the maintenance perspective, I learned that avoiding overfilling the bucket and attention to cleaning the lip of the composter reduces likelihood of occluding dehydration vents at the lip of the machine. This has been the only issue I've encountered with the machine in 3 years (and I could have prevented problems with routine cleaning).
The rapid response of the service group at Airthereal helped me identify the issue, the air vents covered/closed by dehydrated food waste. A good cleaning resolved all problems.

I purchased an R800 composter. I was having trouble removing the filter cover. The instructions don't show how to do it. It turned out that I just needed to pull the cover off which took a lot of effort. Customer service was great. They responded very quickly to resolve the problem.
As far as the composter, I really like it. It does a great job of composting. Also it is very quiet which is important because it takes a while to complete the process. I am into recycling so I will be using this machine a lot.

My airthereal air purifier was working well for almost a year. Then there was a problem. As soon as I contacted the company they got right back to me with a suggestion about how to rectify the situation. Not only were they fast in responding but very polite and supportive. It happened once again and the same type of response. Their suggestions worked immeditately!

I just received the Airthereal APH320 so I don’t have a long term review. However, the unit is as advertised and a good value. It is quiet on the lower fan speeds and has great functions. I especially like the anion and UV functions. They have GREAT customer service! I was having trouble setting up the WiFi connection and emailed them for help. They responded quickly and were very helpful and polite. Turned out to be operator error!! You have to have 2.4GHz frequency on your router. I do and told the APP to search for that. But I didn’t realize that the WiFi on my phone’s settings had to also be set on 2.4 as well, not 5. They were very patient and stuck with me until we figured it out!

Lyvia was one of the best problem solvers I have ever had help me. I have so many nad experiences with people not getting back to me or making me feel like they don't care. She responded to my question very quickly and understood what I needed right away. I just don't get good service like I got from her anymore, and I really appreciate the service you gave me. I have had my Airthereal for three years last month the PM2.5 light started flashing red. I thought I needed to change the filter but that did not work. I contacted customer service they were extremely caring and helpful. I followed their instructions and the problem was solved in short order. So happy with their attitude in general when I needed help.

I have many Airthereal ozone generators and have never had an issue until recently when one of their units developed a problem with the on/off button. I contacted customer service and their response was fast and courteous. They sent a new unit quickly and stood behind their warranty totally. I’m very happy with their response.

After only 5 months I started having issues with the motor overheating. I did not overfill, or put items in the composter that was not made for the machine, or run the machine constantly. I tried to call customer service 5 times, with no option to leave a message,so I sent an email. I finally then get a call back. Customer asked me questions I had already answered in the email. So then she sends me to another rep who responded to me via email with additional instructions to test the composter which did not mimic the process that caused the issue. Why only put water in the bin to test if a motor over heats?? So I respond to them stating the motor did not ovetheat, it happens with food. Then they respond 2 days later with jargon about "reducing the proportion of high-starch and high-sugar content in the mix". Its a composter not a science project! Customer service is horrible, and drag the process out by having you doing machine tests and emails just to get you to do more quality control checks. So anything not to replace a faulty item and to not honor their warranty. Do not buy if you dont want any headaches.

MY Mak10 ozne generator worked flawlessly until one day it didn't. The Customer support was on top of it trouble shooting tips and questions. They sent me a new unit instead of repair parts. Super Satisfied with this company and it's products.

The whole time I have had my Revive Kitchen Composter model R500, the customer service has been amazing.
Anytime I have a question they get back to me very quickly. If they don't know the answer they let me know and then get back to me as soon as they can.
I appreciate that very much much
