Customer service was prompt in helping me resolving my issue.

Not only does the Ozone 10k unit absolutely destroy odors quickly, their customer service and support after the sale is top notch. I would choose their products again without hesitation.

Great product, and great to work with! I bought two APH260 air purifiers. We have dogs and I have allergies - they do an amazing job of filtering (you can see from the filters how much they're trapping). Maintenance is easy - vacuum the filter periodically, change it out every 6 months. Filter is very quiet in night mode and doesn't have bright lights that keep you awake.

One of my purifiers had a problem just before the 2 year warranty expired. Customer service was extremely helpful - walked me through just a couple troubleshooting steps, then ended up sending out a warranty replacement in just a few days.

I've tried filters from a couple other companies and haven't been nearly as happy with them as I am with these.

I needed to contact customer service to resolve a minor issue and they treated me and my issue with respect and quickly resolved my problem. Doesn't matter if you have great products if the customer service is lacking, but Airthereal's customer service is top notch. Such a refreshing experience, 10 stars!

This is a good company, good integrity, prices are good especially when every household and business needs ozone during a pandemic. Customer service is very good and they follow through with support until your issues are complete. This is a company you can trust.

I was sent a air purifier through Amazon that made some noise so I contacted Airthereal support. The support team was very helpful, but it did take several back and forth conversations. I think some sort of standard form for issues would make this a better experience. The machine I was sent as a replacement works well and overall I’m happy.

I purchased two Airthereal HEPA Air Cleaner APH260 units and, sadly, had an issue with one of them within a couple of weeks. The warranty department was kind and incredibly efficient. They very quickly resolved my issues completely and I - surprisingly - had a new unit within just a couple of days! The air purifiers are amazing, I love the UV and sleep modes but appreciate the smart control that constantly measures air quality and self-adjusts. I would HIGHLY recommend this particular Air Cleaner, as well as Airthereal as a quality company.

Extraordinary Service and follow-through.

I purchased a B50-Pro and received an additional year of warranty as part of the purchase. My unit died after twenty (20) months. Pretty good for a $35 item used very often.

One email with the warranty confirmation and the Amazon purchase information and a new unit was being shipped by Airthereal to me.

The customer support staff followed through multiple times and tracked the delivery.

Extraordinary support from this company will keep keep me as a customer on my next purchase.

The ozone generator worked very well until about 4-5 months after purchase. I contacted tech support. They were VERY helpful. I do not think I have had such a great tech support experience. They resolved my issue and I am very appreciative! Thank you!!

I purchased the TURBRO Eternal Flame EF23-PB Electric Fireplace Logs, 23" and couldn't be happier. It provides both the extra heat and ambiance I was looking for in the room (and it's a lot quieter than you'd expect!) I love that you can change both the heat and flame level remotely.
I highly recommend watching the amazon video describing it too. Really, really recommend this.

I purchased the AGH380 Air Purifier. This air purifier is very silent. I enjoy it telling me the concentration of particles in the air. The customer support is also very responsive. I am very happy to be a customer of Airthereal. I would buy again!

We had an airthereal filter for maybe 2 months and the display started doing wonky things where you couldn’t quite read it properly if numbers were higher. We reached out to warranty support and they were super quick to respond and ask all the questions and provide options. I was really pleased with the filter to begin with but knowing customer support is so strong, we like it even more. Thank you!!!

Great product! I'm even more impressed with the customer service we got from Airthereal. We had an issue with our air purifier and contacted it and they took care of it right away. Super helpful, and they stand behind their products. I'm super happy I purchased this, and am definitely a new fan!!

This is not the first time I have ordered from AIRTHEREAL. Each and every time they were professional in everything, packaging, shipping, occasional communication with customer service. They are very quick to respond and shipping is also super fast. Ordered on Monday night got it on Thursday. The products quality does meet my expectations, very nice and sturdy with no noticable shortcuts anywhere. I can only recommend buying from ATR either ozone generators or air purifiers - you won't regret!

I have been very happy with my experience with Airthereal. When of the LED lights on the display malfunctioned, they sent me a new air purifier without any problems.
