Excellent Service
I bought an APH260 in April 2021, partly because it was clear from lackluster public response that COVID would be around for a very long time, and partly because I had started weaving with linen, and wanted to control the dust. The unit was attractive enough that I bought a second, identical unit in September 2021. In January 2022, the LED display on the first unit started to display what looked like partial numbers, as if some of the LEDS had burned out. The manual said that when the display is malfunctioning to discontinue use and contact Customer Support. Based on my photos and description of the problem, Customer Support said that the unit was still safe to use, even though it would no longer give a numeric report of the levels of particles in the air it was filtering (at least, not a readable one). Initially, I was offered a free filter (a $30 value) or a $40 gift certificate to their webstore (a 2-pack of filters is $50). I sort of rolled my eyes, but figured that the particulate measurement might be a cute feature, but it was still just a bell or whistle, and that something was better than nothing. (It's not as if I weren't already accustomed to the idea that warranty services often turns out to involve paying to ship the item and/or a service fee that together cost as much or more than buying a new item.)(I'm talking about you, Sealy mattress.)
I was therefore pleasantly surprised after I said that the gift card was fine, if a bit disappointing, that another customer-service person took over my trouble ticket and told me they had applied to get me a replacement unit! Which duly arrived, and inspired me to write this review.

This product has worked well for us, and is quiet. Tech support - Terry, has been phenomenal in responding to any questions we have had.
Therefore, we highly recommend this product!
One of the LED display bars went dark…
One of the LED display bars went dark and I made a warranty claim via email. Terry offered a new machine but I felt that was not yet needed, and we settled on a couple of filters as compensation. Terry was extremely helpful and responsive in ways that I think would be unequaled by virtually any other company. Definitely a 5 star rating.

I love the product- had to ask questions to customer service and Terry was wonderful. I KNOW I had to be on their last nerve with questions and they were wonderful! Replacement filters were easy to purchase and overall I have had a great experience all around.
Great customer service
I have four Airthereal air purifiers and three of them developed problems with the LED display. I contacted the company and they agreed to give me six new replacement air filters as compensation since the LED displays are not critical to the operation of the unit. Terry was very helpful during the entire process.
Very happy with product and excellent service
Just purchased an APH260 and thought the unit wasn't detecting smoke in the air. Contacted customer support an immediately recieved an informative we mail with info on how to test the unit out. Everything seems to be working fine and the unit is very responsive to smoke in the air. Very pleased with the unit and filter replacements are a reasonable price that allows me to change the filters without cringing at the cost of buying a filter.

Great product
First, I love the product. I purchased 2 units and have had 4 units purchased by friends and family. One unit purchased by family was faulty. Jane, at customer service, was excellent, going way beyond what is merely acceptable by today's standards. Terry is a fantastic customer support rep
Terry from the customer support team is wonderful. She goes the extra mile to provide professional, effective and efficient customer support service. I had two very different issues this past month and she resolved both of them promptly. On top of being a very effective customer support representative, she is so professional, warm and kind which makes dealing with problems so much better.
Warranty responsiveness—with a little prompting
When my Airthereal B50-PRO developed a loud fan noise under warranty, I was surprised when their customer support responded: "could you please try to let it have a rest in a few days and then turn it on to see if the issue has been resolved?" Setting aside the improper grammar, I understood the point and responded that that "solution" was unacceptable--I needed to use the device NOW. At that point, after reviewing a short video of the noisy fan they had requested, customer service offered to send me a replacement unit, and did so. So five stars for that, but minus one for having suggested that I should wait around for their product to improve rather than being able to use it.

We could no longer read the digital display on our APH260 HEPA Air Purifier.
We reported this under the warranty and we worked via email with Terry. He quickly sent us a new unit under the warranty.
Then he wrote us a few days after we received our replacement unit to make sure everything was ok.

It has become an integrated part of my day to day routine that when it needed a replacement part, I truly felt it's absence and was overjoyed to have a replacement arrive so that I could resume it's use in my daily health regime.
Great products and professional staff
Ordered 2 ozone units but the color I wanted was back ordered so customer service emailed me and offered to ship a different color. The order came even faster than predicted and the units are PERFECT for my needs. I will DEFINITELY be ordering more! The company bent over backwards to make sure I had what I needed. I was actually a little skeptical of this website at first, but after looking up the reviews of Airthereal I decided to go for it and purchase the flame diffuser. It went very well. After I bought it (before Christmas), they told me they would not be able to ship it until a week after Christmas. I received another email from them saying their inventory was miscalculated, and that I would not receive my diffuser until the end of January. I was a little frustrated, but it was not a big deal. Anyways, they ended up shipping it to me just a week later rather than a month! I love the diffuser too - so cozy and there's a 1-year warranty on it as well. I'd buy from this company again. Thank you!

Excellent product, my first unit did have a glitch in the electronic screen a few months in, BUT I am still giving this 5 stars because the customer service provided from Airthereal has more than made up for any inconvenience I experienced as well as the problem has now been fixed and I am very pleased with my purchase and overall experience. You don't find many companies that still value customer service in the way or at the caliber that Airthereal does. So thanks so much again to the rep that assisted me (Terry) and to the rest of the Airthereal associates for the exemplary service and fantastic product!
