Amazing experience! Lainie and Jennifer helped get me my Mercury Home Insurance! And as a first time home buyer, they made it so easy and explained everything so well! The cherry on top, Lainie got me a great premium rate! So very thankful!

I had an excellent experience resolving my account issues thanks to Cheryl Stanley at AIS. My Mercury Insurance portal had been set up with an incorrect email address, which caused several important documents I sent earlier to not get posted. Because of this, I received multiple letters from Mercury regarding undeliverable e-docs and missing information.

I called AIS and spoke with Cheryl, who was incredibly helpful. She guided me step-by-step through every single issue, corrected my account details, and successfully updated all of my documents.

Thank you, Cheryl, for the outstanding service and for getting everything sorted out so quickly!

Called at 4:15pm in California and was given insurance within moments. Was originally quoted with Mercury... but Mercury turned me down all of a sudden... THEN Rigo said let's try Progressive; and then THEY were being picky with what Californians they take... Geico next; nope. Allstate; nada. RIGO DIDN'T STOP! He pushed through with underwriting me for the Orion Indemnity Company! At the BEST PRICE EVER!!!!!! THANKS RIGO! 5/5 service

They transferred me to Jacob for a quote for when I go to school in the fall, and he was amazing, so kind, informative, and patient. You all were awesome and truly made my day. Thank you!

What a joy and ease to be assisted by the lovely professional Connie Velazquez on closing the deal and finalizing details on a new auto policy that saved me lots of money while covering my car much better than other Insurance Companies. Connie went above and beyond answering my many questions with calm and concern, a thoughtful human touch to what can be unnerving experience to ward off future problems! Calvin too, the original customer service agent did a great job, as well, in getting me started submitting my info in a fast timely manner as my other insurance was due in 3 days! Thank you to both!

We were in a dispute with Aspire General who refused to correct a very expensive error. AIS made us whole after Aspire did not fulfill a complete refund, they've been on top of helping us handle this problem, and helped us get insured with a new provider. I had never heard of AIS so I was a little wary. The Insurance Specialist I was connected with, Tatiana Uribe Gutierrez, immediately put me at ease with her knowledge, and warm, friendly, though completely professional, manner. She ably took me through the process of creating quotes for Auto, Homeowners and Umbrella policies and made herself available for follow-up phone calls throughout the process of obtaining the policies once I decided to go with the Mercury Quotes. When we hit some snags on the Umbrella policy, she reassured me and ushered me through that process as well with a personal and extremely helpful touch. I liked and trusted her enormously and it’s because of her that I went with Mercury, and ended up with policies I’m happy with, and at surprisingly competitive rates.
