Unbelievably well informed staff and lawyers.

An outstanding result that proves the system that Aitken Real Estate uses to get the best result for the sale of a property.

This is the 5th Property that I have been involved in selling and has been by far the best experience I have had in selling a house.
We engaged Aitken Real Estate because we were looking for a relatively stress free and proven process to sell my parents’ home on behalf of all other family members, to get the best possible price.

Because of the restrictive covenants and title structure, the sale of the property was not straight forward. This required a strong team effort and commitment to ensure that the property was sold with honesty and integrity which Steve managed with superb expertise and understanding.

Steve Aitken managed the process for us with ultimate professionalism. Steve's straight forward and honest approach made it very clear how the sale was being conducted, and we were given accurate feedback every step of the way

The communication from Steve was very clear, prompt and importantly very honest - a trait seldom seen amongst the real estate industry!

My wife and I recently entrusted the sale of our two bedroom unit in Cheltenham to Steve Aitken of Aitken Real Estate and our experience with Steve exceeded our expectations. We chose to privately sell rather than go to auction upon Steves advice and trusted him to work at achieving the best possible price, without the uncertainty of an auction.
We were absolutely delighted at the final sale price Steve achieved within a timely period, considering that the market was starting to plateau with interest rates on the rise. We were also delighted when Steve told us there were no advertising fees.
Our decision to avoid auctions was based upon our attendance at many auctions as observers only to see them passed in. We can't thank Steve and Aitken Real Estate enough for exceeding our expectations and highly recommend Aitken Real Estate for potential sellers.

Steve Aitken was a pleasure to deal with. He is caring, honest and extremely ethical in his approach. My Cheltenham unit was on the market for a week and sold within that time frame. Steve's inspections are by appointment only and after each one he rang me immediately telling about the outcomes.
Steve made my moving easier suggesting ethical skip hire and removalist companies.
