This is the third house I have been fortunate to ask Steve to sell. That alone tells volumes about the integrity of the man and the sales team at Aitken Real-estate Cheltenham.

From the very beginning at our first meeting to ask him to sell the house on our behalf, to preparing the sale document, he has been totally honest and upfront. He explained the whole sale process and the expected sale price. The outcome was as he described right down to the timeline to where the sale was finally completed.
Nothing was a surprise and we knew if there were any requests by Steve to myself, I would ensure it would be accomplished, knowing the sale process would be powering ahead by Steve and his team.

My wife and I could not be happier with the level of service, tireless efforts and great end result in the sale of our off the plan townhouse in Cheltenham earlier this week.

From the outset, Steve Aitken and Craig Ruby were honest and accurate in their appraisal (which also happened to align with our own expectations).

Selling off the plan was never going to be an easy task (especially in a difficult market) as it takes a big leap of faith for a buyer in this situation, however the guys took it on with enthusiasm and went to great lengths in assisting potential buyers to fully visualise the finished product. Ultimately they found a fantastic family to purchase the townhouse, and in addition to being happy with the sale result we also look forward to our new neighbours moving in next door.
